Beautiful location.

This was a lovely house at the top of the trees so it had lovely views of the treetops with plenty of birds to view as well as views to the ocean in the distance. The driveway is very steep but you are able to manage as there is an area to reverse up top so you don't need to reverse down the driveway! You need to bring your own linen (just sheets and towels) but there are doonas and pillows. The house was generally very clean but we noticed the mirrors were not cleaned well and the cupbaord doors had not been wiped down. Other than that it was very clean. There are no flyscreens so it might be good to bring insect repellant. Nice big house to accomodate families or a group of friends. You could walk to beach but it would be about a 20 minute walk I think. Great stay though. I would recommend !

New Years Getaway

We had an amazing couple of days at this property in Rye. It is located in a beautiful area of town. It has an amazing view. Andrew was lovely to communicate with. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Fabulous weekend getaway

Great place to stay. Very comfortable beds and all we needed for a fabulous weekend getaway. Communication with the owner was super easy - thank you for responding so quickly to all our questions! Made coordinating our stay seamless. Highly recommend.

Open plan living

Really lovely place to stay. Very clean and everything we needed although just a little complex to send the teenagers to the beach on their own.

nice location not very clean, some heaters and dish washer not working no wifi loud neighbors

the property was in great location , very close to hot spring peninsula unfortunately not very clean we had to wipe the couches to sit on ,the toilets where dirty as well as its mirrors with toothpaste stain, the heater in the master bedroom was not working as well as the heater in bunk bed room . There was no wifi but the air hokey downstairs entertained the kids , the dishwasher didnt work and we had to leave the dirty dishes as the owner texted us to hurry for check out as the cleaners were coming! . The neighbors were partying loud till 3 am and the mattresses were uncomfortable thanks god we were tired in hot spring so we passed out soon.

Relaxing holiday

This house was genuinely like my own home it was relaxing clean and had everything you could ask for and how many stories were told sitting on that beautiful veranda with the breathtaking views. My grandkids loved every minute Thankyou Andrew.
