This cute Queensland Bungalow has been renovated and furnished with great style. From the time you walk through the white picket gate it will feel like the perfect home away from home. Much thought has been given to young families to have a holiday with everything provided.

When you open the door, you will be welcomed with timber floors, freshly painted walls, modern furniture and tasteful décor. With three good sized bedrooms, all air conditioned and with fans as well, the main bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 singles and the third has a bunk with a double and single beds. A lovely open plan lounge leads into the spacious kitchen and onto the dining area with stools to sit at and chat to the chef or keep an eye on the cooking. There is a 6 seater Dining suite.

The large Veranda is semi enclosed to keep the little ones safe. This is also another great Dining space with the BBQ right there. From here you can watch the children playing in the Cubby or running around the large grassy yard. There is a stairway in the backyard that leads you to a breath-taking view of one of Currimundi’s best surf breaks and the direct access is just steps away where you will be dipping your toes in the ocean.

This property is not only on the beach front but also close to Coco’s and Beach Espresso Café, perfect for morning coffee’s, great Brekkies or hire of a Stand- Up Paddle board to go for a paddle. Currimundi Lake offers calmer waters, or for the swimmer and surfer there is the patrolled beach beside the Lake.
The yard is fenced at the front of the property, however one side and the back of the yard leading to the beach is not fenced.
