About this property

Family Beach (front) House

This stunning holiday home will take your breath away. Absolute beach front - just walk straight off the deck and down the stairs to the beach where you can enjoy a refreshing swim in pristine water.

The expansive deck with BBQ is great to enjoy both morning coffee and afternoon happy hour, with plenty of sun bathing in between.

The large spacious, living area enjoys full sun but also has a heat pump for those in between times when the sun is not out.

There are 3 bedrooms in all - 1 queen and 2 x2 single bed rooms (Sleeps 6 overall).

The bathroom boasts a double vanity, toilet and shower with a separate toilet also available.

The outdoor shower is a great place to rinse off all that salt and sand at the end of the day.

Bedding and towels are provided.

Beach towels are also available for a small fee. Please let us know at time of booking if they are required.

Perfect down time

We just wanted to sit and read and walk and watch some movies - perfect spot. No WiFi but great phone reception for our mobile phone hotspot. Really relaxing house.

Position perfect.

Need to get some frypans that work on stovetop. A topper on the mattresses to make them just that extra bit more comfortable would go very well for visitors. Super position. Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. Just that little touch of luxury for main bedroom would make so much difference. It was definitely adequate but with a little thing here and there could make it somewhere special.

Beautiful place to stay

Absolutely beautiful place right on the beach and such a lovely spot to relax and unwind during the school holidays. Exploring on the beach was one of the boys highlights of the trip and and to quote them "was the best holiday they have ever had". Only downside was it would have been nice to have access to the Washing Machine when we had a car sickness incident in the car 🤮 Would highly recommend was an amazing place to stay.

Perfect house in the perfect location

We throughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect. Huge deck with steps down onto the beach. Big living area inside and plenty of space so you don’t feel on top of each other. Has everything you need and more. Very thoughtful hosts. Looking forward to staying again sometime!

Upon arrival found the place in excellent condition, amazing water views and beach access, all cooking needs covered. Lived up to it's photos. Really advised towing an extra toilet and outside shower. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Luxurious home with stunning outlook

Could not fault a thing, just steps from the beautiful beach this home has everything you think you need and then more. We thoroughly enjoyed the large living space, comfortable beds and excellent kitchen equipment which made cooking for a large family really easy. Thank you, we would love to come back again soon!

Bruny getaway.

The property was gorgeous, spacious, comfortable and right on the beach. Perfect for swimming and walks. We enjoyed watching traffic on the water. However, if I go again I'll take a hair-dryer, extra towels and pillow slips for a little more luxury.

Beautiful Dennes Point

The house was perfect for our young family, lovey and clean and enough room for us all. Being able to walk direct onto the beach for a swim or a spot of fishing was awesome. Would definetly stay again next time we are on Bruny Island
