(Upstairs) Common room (detached): 1 Bunk bed = 2 x single beds & 1 Queen size bed (Detached studio - Ground level).
* Note: Linen for the single mattress (no base) located in the 3rd bedroom is not supplied. There is a spare doona and pillow for this mattress but you will need to supply your own top and bottom sheets and pillow case cover if you require use of this single mattress.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet i.e. type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.
* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

Nice property and stay. Great to have the linen supplied and good facilities. Could be small improvements made in term of kitchen utensils and crockery etc.
Perfect for a family or two families to stay at the house. Fun activities for the kids, pool table, table tennis, spa, play station and games. Great grass area for the dogs to run around. All linen provided. The whole house is super clean. Will definitely stay again.
Booking was for a mens mental health getaway for 10 guys to get together and escape the stresses with work/life balance in the victorian police and emergency services. Was the ideal place to stay to kick back and relax weather it was in the spa, playing pool, table tennis, darts or just watching the footy and haveing a game of cards.
House is walking distance from a number of great takeaway shops, a supermarket and also the wooly tavern and bars.
Property management where excellent and stayed in contact with us throughout the booking and even contacted us during the weekend to let us know we may loose power due to a storm on the island and to let him know if there where any problems.
Privacy in outdoor area, spa and top balcony was an issue with the neighbour looking directly at you from there bedroom window or there balcony and a recommendation was made to get some pull down privacy blockout blinds for these areas which would also help keep wind/wheather out of these areas aswell didnt stop us having a good time but may make some people uncomfortable.
Highly reccomend this place for a weekend getaway with the family.
At last! So nice to find a property that is presented so well and is actually spotlessly clean. Towels a plenty too helped when our family came home drenched from walks and go karting. Big credit to the owners and cleaners for the up keep of the property. Thanks for having us!

Spa can’t be accessed internally via main part of house and disappointing linen is additional for price point.
We enjoyed the spa, table tennis and pool table. Strange layout where you have to go outside to get to lower part of house and go all the way around the house to get to the spa. Enjoyed our stay. For the price I think more attention to detail should be made - eg there were only one or two wine glasses. Possibly broken and not replaced.
The property was everything we hoped for and more. A perfect venue to stay with friends. Close to a fantastic surf beach and a few shops. Everything we needed. A few issues with the spa, but the property manager was extremely helpful with fixing the situation. Would definitely return.
The house is gorgeous. So much space for a family ( we had our grown up children and their partners plus the dog) . Fabulous location, extremely clean. Wonderful weekend had by all!!

My husband & I stayed here during a classic Melbourne/Victorian lockdown, so our plans of activities & eating out on the island were all cancelled! Thankfully we had booked this accomodation which was jam packed with things to keep us occupied so we ended up having a blast anyway. The house was clean, functional & just as the description/photos showed it. Location was also fantastic, not far from the Woolamai shops which had some nice little takeaway shops. Overall extremely happy with our stay here & a special mention to Mauro the property manager who was great to deal with especially with the snap lockdown occurring on the day of our arrival.
Great location, short walk to beach and the house was perfect for teenagers with separate downstairs getaway, pool table and ping pong. The spa was also a real bonus.

We loved the house and had such a relaxing time. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak and for the price we paid felt that linen should be provided! Other than that we loved it so much and had a fun time would 100% stay again thanks for having us
the home was extremely clean and position was excellent, close to local shops and back beach. We had two issues, the bed in the second bedroom is on castors on polished floor boards, we found this dangerous, there were also no bed side tables or lamps making getting up through the night dangerous. and no wardrobes. Otherwise a nice clean child, teen adult friendly home. Many thanks for the stay.
Lovely clean property. Only downfall is no internal access to the downstairs studio so when it rained we got wet moving between the two zones. Would come back again.

Oversell and under-deliver
Upon viewing the property online everything seemed fine. However, upon visiting the home in person many things were not up to standard. The downstairs area did not have any form of cooling (air con or fans) and although the nights became cold, the heater was also not functional which proved to be very inconvenient. Many other issues were evident such as the lack of a dryer, bedside lamps in the master bedroom and some other holiday house necessities which have usually been found in past holiday houses we have been to. All in all, the stay was not horrible, but the inconveniences outweighed the positive points which the place had to offer.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to reassure our future guests that the property is definitely in line with comparable properties as far as rates and value for money is concerned. Upon speaking with one of our staff members, she mentioned to us that when you phoned prior to your check in date you were quite disgruntled and aggravated, claiming that you had not received the appropriate information and details for your upcoming booking. This was found to be incorrect as we had sent you several emails with detailed information leading up to your check in date as we do for all our guest bookings.The downstairs area very rarely needs cooling. There is always a cool breeze in the evening on Phillip Island, especially in Cape Woolamai. The heater is working fine. There is no dryer advertised.
