4/1/2025 UPDATE: Turtle's Tiki Bar & Grille and Shima Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar are open to our rental guests. Sundial Resort offers Sundial Daycation passes from Wednesday to Sunday (main pool, beach chair, and umbrella service) on a limited basis through March 31, 2026 (reservation required: 866-565-5093 or sundialresort.com for details and cost). Also, discounted Sundial Resort day passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis ($25/day adults, $15/day kids) with valid proof of rental booking. No advanced reservations accepted. Availability of these day passes is not guaranteed, as advance sale day passes can sell out.

Make your vacation dreams come true in this completely renovated unit, which the owners have transformed into a sought-after vacation rental. Light, bright, cool, and relaxing, this unit features a king bed with pocket doors that close off the sleeping area for added privacy. Our guests can access many of the resort's amenities, including the beach, community pool by your building, tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ Grills, and resort restaurants and spa. Thoughtfully appointed with all the comforts of home, Sundial G405 ensures a memorable and rejuvenating stay on Sanibel Island.

Great condo! Updated, fresh, and clean! Good bed! It does need new, light weight beach chairs, however, and a beach umbrella to make the condo perfect.

Nice and easy!

We enjoyed our stay and found the condo clean and nicely decorated. The only negative is that we were told upon arrival that we would not have access to all of the amenities since rental was booked through VRBO. We were not aware of this information. Not a real big deal, but we had to purchase beach towels and were not allowed access to tennis or the fitness areas.

August trip to Sundial

We enjoyed our stay - the condo was very nicely maintained and the photo’s accurately depicted the unit. The unit had everything you needed. It was in the 4th which provided beautiful ocean views along with nice breeze. I would highly recommend this property.
