House was wonderful for our short weekend. We had 4 adults and 2 small dogs in our group. Open concept layout was nice. Front steps into the house are pretty steep so extra caution was needed. Neighborhood was quiet and had nice sidewalks.

We were there for a softball tournament. It was a great location,15 mins from all of the ballfields. The fenced in yard was perfect for bringing our lab pup with us. We had 6 of us and it accommodated us perfectly

The property owners are great communicators and excellent to work with. The rules/guidelines for property use are clearly presented, including access to the onsite WiFi. Additionally, they were very responsive to my questions as a first-time renter. It is a very welcoming property, and the home has a nice open setup and outdoor deck space that worked great for hosting family during graduation.

Great spot for a family stay

Overall, our stay was enjoyable in this spacious property. The only downside was that the neighbors dog did bark a fair bit.

Perfect stay for family event

We were in town for my son’s wedding. This property allowed perfect space for family to stop and visit, ample sleeping space, two showers, and a nice kitchen to bring our own food and beverages. This property was a blessing for our family to make wonderful memories!

The house was excellent in every way. We had everything we needed for a week stay. It was clean and well organized. Check in and out were seamless and the owners were responsive to all our questions. One way they went above the norm, the house was cool on our arrival on a very hot day.The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and well situated to access the area.

Great VRBO!

Clean, quiet home in a nice subdivision located on a cul du sac. Fenced in back yard, nice wooden deck with outdoor furniture. Location is great for shopping and restaurants. Owners were great to work with. When in Iowa, will look to rent again.

The location was great, and we enjoyed the neighborhood. The owner was friendly, but we did need to reach out to ask for check-in instructions as they forgot to send them to us. The property had some small maintenance items like a sink drain that backed up and a toilet that runs and could use some attention. We missed in reviewing the property description that pets were allowed, and did unfortunately see dog hair on the kitchen floor, couches, and most disappointing, completely covering one of the blankets that was on the master bedroom bed. It was partially our fault that we didn’t realize pets were allowed in the home, but would not expect clean sheets and blankets to be covered in dog hair. Overall and all right experience, but do you think the property cleaning and maintenance could have been better.

Great owners

We were unable to make it up due to weather so we had to cancel at the last minute. The owners refunded our money even though they didn't have to. Really great people to work with through the whole process. Hope to stay there in the near future.
