An older one-bedroom flat attached to the back of a large house. Includes a good sized living room/kitchen and bathroom/laundry. Flat includes an enclosed courtyard with outside table and chairs. Just a 10 minute walk to Port Noarlunga and right on the Esplanade and beach on a no through road (sand dunes at the mouth of the Onkaparinga River are about 200 metres away). Driveway is narrow and has an awkward angle that might challenge a large 4WD or SUV. Was cautiously but successfully managed in a RAV4. Very well placed for accessing the southern Adelaide beaches, McLaren Vale and the lower Fleurieu.
We had a wonderful holiday, the location was perfect and the accommodation was very affordable, it was just a bit tricky with parking but everything else was great
My stay was lovely it was ideal located for my purpose and a great friendly area Liz was a great host happy to be contacted at any time the flat is good size and lovely courtyard area to use
Nice accommodation, easy access to property - love the view of the beach as driving down the driveway (yes it is steep but easily navigated) kitchen well equipped and laundry/bathroom is functional. Little outdoor courtyard area accessible from property.
This is my second stay - the location is perfect - within walking distance to all the local eateries and shops with the beach right on your doorstep. Very clean, with everything you need. Will return again!
Liz is very accomodating and attended very quickly to a couple of issues that arose during our stay. Great location as the beach was just across the road and enjoyed my morning walks there. Accomodation was comfortable and the bonus was a private courtyard. However the laundry/bathroom area definitely needs to be updated and the kitchen could be improved by updating the oven and providing more kitchen utensils etc.

picture of beach front I thought was misrepresentation the driveway was a nightmare to navigate
The flat/unit was lovely everything was excellent however the driveway was a killer dont think it was even legal as I measured it very small turning up top to straiten out for the trip down the driveway now have $100's of dollars debt to fix my car because of this driveway. The position was not correct as everyone would think it was a beachfront unit not a flat down the side of the property the only way to see the sea was to open the flat door and see the sea not across the road as portraid by Stayz. You should have been honest and showed an exact picture exactly where the flat was up the driveway and out of sight. Liz was lovely and unit was very nice she certainly knows how to decorate beautifully. All I can say is VERY DISAPPOINTED Stay!!!!
Superb beachfront location, central (five minute walk) to local eateries, shops, jetty. Quiet, hassle free rental. Home away from home - definitely be back 😊
Liz is friendly, helpful and relaxed which added to the relaxing holiday experience. The accommodation has the same relaxed, homely feel and the position could not be better. We will make this our second home when we visit our favourite holiday destination again. This is not a clinical, cold place- it is warm and inviting.
