"Casa del Amanecer" Secluded Beachfront, Sleeps 14

"Casa del Amanecer" (House of the Rising Sun) is located just six miles from downtown San Jose del Cabo. This waterfront home features 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths, each equipped with a California King bed, luxury linens, and a secure safe. The home itself features three rooms, one being a Master en suite, and the other two rooms which share a "jack & jill" style bathroom. All rooms walk out onto the grand covered terrace with sweeping ocean views. The open concept main area includes a fully stocked kitchen, wine fridge, custom made live edge dining table for 14, WiFi, 65" cable-equipped smart tv, and Bluetooth speaker.

The lower level, and real gem of the property, is home to the remaining two "casitas". Each room features a California king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and 55" streaming tv. Sign into your favorite app (Amazon Prime, Netflix, and more) and enjoy the comfort of your familiar shows with the sound of the ocean waves in the background.

The outdoor kitchen and seating areas are thoughtfully furnished with local, artisan made furniture and provides a 55" cable equipped smart tv for watching the game with a Corona in hand!

Casa del Amanecer boasts the largest pool on the block. Most guests spend more time than they thought possible enjoying the cool waters of the refreshing pool which overlooks the stunning Sea of Cortez. Enjoy lazing about on the secluded beach, and expect to only see a handful of people wander by. Keep your eyes peeled for sea life anytime of the year, but especially December - February as it's whale season and these beauties never disappoint! In the evening, relax in the jacuzzi and enjoy the cool breeze rolling in as the sun sets.

Buzzards beach dining and bar are steps down the road. The famous "Flora Farms" and lively Acre restaurants are just a 7 minute drive from Casa del Amanecer. The Port of Los Cabos is 10 minutes away and fantastic golfing opportunities are just down the road.
