Blue House is a beautiful single-level property located in the heart of popular Quindalup, one of Dunsborough’s favourite holiday spots.
One of the main drawcards at this house is its fantastic alfresco area. The beautiful sheltered deck and BBQ area overlook a pretty garden, manicured lawns and a winter fire pit. What an amazing place to relax and soak up the holiday vibes!
Quindalup’s white sandy beach is less than a five-minute walk away meaning it’s super convenient to go fishing, paddling, swimming and boating. Or simply lazing or beachcombing. The choice is yours. You can also go cycling or walking along the beachfront pathway that takes you all the way to Dunsborough’s town centre. Quindalup Boat Ramp is less than 500m away and the Dunsborough Bay Yacht Club is also just up the road.
This house also boasts two separate living areas, including a large rumpus room at one end of the house which is great for the kids (complete with movie projector). The second more centralised open-plan lounge and dining area is super stylish and includes a cosy wood fire (one bag of wood supplied in winter only) and reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort. Bliss!
The home has a long, straight layout. The kitchen/living and main lounge room are in the middle, and the bedrooms, bathrooms and games room are split across two wings of the home, either side of the central living area. The master bedroom is at the farthest end of the home and offers a tranquil garden view from its corner windows.
The fire pit can only be used during winter months and seasonal fire bans apply. A handy outdoor shower is great for after the beach.
KITCHEN Nespresso pod coffee machine, dishwasher, full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Blender, sandwich press, dishwashing and cleaning items.
LIVING/DINING ROOM Wood fire, TV, Foxtel, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, comfy lounges, dining table to seat eight people, breakfast bar.

Well located property, with ample room for our family of 2 adults, 4 teens and 1 dog.
Walking distance to the beach, and 20 min bike ride to Dunsborough town.
Good cooking facilities, outdoor shower, big screen tv
The whole family was impressed with cleanliness of the property the thought that went into making our stay such a great experience was amazing! We will definitely be back . Maybe the kids area could do with a bit more things for them to do there and some outdoor activities to play but other then that 10/10 . Thankyou for having us !
Wonderful time at this spacious, clean property, with fantastically appointed separate areas for family memvers and children to have secluded privacy - especially great with a 3 yr old! The garden and outside sitting area is big and fenced, giving both the dog, grabdson bd all family members a peaceful spacious outdoir living experiebce. We will return
The Blue House was the perfect stay , the layout of the house catered well for our extended family with the sets of bedrooms separated by the main living room. The garden area was beautiful and fun to explore with little ones, with ring tail possums in the trees at night and bunnies on the front lawn at dusk. Plenty of room to run around and a short walk to the beach. A few minor issues that were addressed professionally . All in all a wonderful stay.
The Blue House is our family’s favourite holiday destination. Location is perfect, walk to the beach, 1 minute to put the boat in, short drive into town. The house is so well equipped that if you just wanted to chill out and enjoy the peace you could. Perfect enclosed yard for the kids and lots of room for parking. The house and yard are both immaculately clean. If you’ve got a large family do yourself a favour and book you really won’t be disappointed!
House was true to the description provided.
Fabulous layout with the kitchen dining and outdoor area separating the bedrooms. Very warm inside ample heating available. Close to DUNSBOROUGH township.

Thanks, Janette. You must come back in summer also to enjoy the beach and the lovely outdoor area. Regards, Vicki at Down South Holidays
Great location, lovely house and outdoor entertaining. Bit disappointed with the activity room. Great size room but felt the projector needed a separate sound set up as the only speaker was in the projector so we didn't really use that room. Overall all it was a great getaway and well equipped house.
House was a lovely suprise, the teens loved the rumpus room with the projector! Lovely modern and clean house. Great to have seperate wings. Ideal for 2 families. Peaceful garden and short walk not the beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Blue House. The photos on the listing look beautiful but it’s not until you arrive that you can really see just how amazing the house is. Everything is well thought out, clean and make your stay feel like home away from home. The location is perfect with the beach at the end of the street, the boat ramp a minute away and town just a short drive. We will 100% be booking again for our next family get away. Thank you!
The Blue House is a great property which has everything you need for a great holiday. The only things we needed to bring were food, refreshments and beach towels. Loved the indoor and outdoor spaces including the movie room. A lot of scented Star Jasmine in the garden so a couple of us had to stay indoors to limit hayfever which was a shame. Otherwise we all agreed it was the perfect choice for our extended weekend away.
