The cottage is newer construction and lightly used. It was the featured property in Homes & Land Magazine this year. The living room and kitchen/dining area are open concept with high ceilings. DRAMATIC VIEWS from most every room.

This is a cottage in "Cape Cod Village", a small group of free standing condominiums at the end of a quaint lane. The surrounding land is technically common space, but there are dedicated areas for parking, etc., along with a Common Green area, which is like a field and perfect for playing games or frisbee.

Wonderful get away

This is a beautiful spot with great renovated and extremely comfortable cottage. Breakfast looking at the ocean every morning and steps away from the beach made this a great place to unwind.
