Dunes Beach House is a quaint, rustic beach home that sits perched on top of the beach with outstanding views. The upscale furnishings bring the beachy feel indoors, with pale blue and green furnishings throughout the home.



The Space:

This home is a true vacation destination all year round. You can lay in the sun on your own private beach in the summer months or sit and relax with a glass of wine that you just brought back from your trip to the nearby vineyards.



This is a 2-bedroom home with 1.5 bathrooms that can sleep 6 people. The living room has a pull-out sofa that can accommodate 2 persons in the group. The cozy living room has a TV and great outdoor views for the group/family to enjoy. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen and much more for all the best chefs around. It has plenty of dinnerware and cookware! The dining area with a large log dining table is just around the corner.



Outside, there is a luxurious hot tub to soak in while preparing some BBQ on the grill. There is also an outdoor hot and cold shower and an outdoor seating area with a fire pit.



When you book a getaway with us, you will have WIFI and TV. Many of our homes also come with kayaks to keep adventure close by. You are free to explore local destinations including the vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and nature reserves to explore. The five-star restaurants are just minutes away as well as the Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island.



Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- The property has outdoor security cameras for safety and added peace of mind.

- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.

- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- The property is subject to a $95 hot tub fee per cleaning service.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.



Guest Insurance

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
