Morning sunrise over the beach and evening sunset over the bay!! These two views are yours to enjoy while being our guest at our beach front home located in sunny South Padre Island. Our condo is located on the 10th floor of the pristine ocean front tower named Ocean Vista Tower. Let the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico greet you as you open the door to our condo. Relax and admire the wall to wall ocean views from the open concept living room or from the king size bed in the master bedroom. Enjoy the ocean breeze and the soothing sounds of ocean waves from the private ocean front 12 foot balcony. Relax in our newly remodeled condo featuring a modern beach chic style. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed and a flat screen television. Enjoy an attached private master bathroom suite featuring double door entry, double sink vanity with quartz counter, spacious closet and edge-less glass shower doors. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, a flat screen television and plantation wood window shutters to provide privacy or to open up and enjoy views of the Laguna Madre Bay. The second bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom. Our condo features a spacious and fully supplied kitchen with stainless steal appliances, quartz counter tops, farmhouse sink, and pantry. We also have a full-size washer and dryer and flat screen television in the living room. Numerous in room amenities are included such as free wireless internet and cable tv with HBO. Included property amenities include a hot tub, 2 pools, boardwalk to the beach, exercise room, palapa area, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball ring and gated private parking have been provided for your enjoyment.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this nice condo and in South Padre Island. The hosts graciously allowed us to check out late as our flight did not depart until 8 p.m. on the day we checked out. The condo is at a great location, close to many of the island's fantastic restaurants. We also appreciated how the property is gated. We would certainly stay here again!

We loved south padre and will be back, just not in this unit!!! Ocean Vista Condominiums provide a great location with a beautiful view of the Gulf and Bay. However, the unit we stayed in was disgusting. The moment we opened the door, the smell of raw sewage hit you in the face. We then had to turn on the water heater, electrical breakers and refrigerator in order to keep our unit comfortable. The water lines were installed in reverse, which took some getting used to after a few scaldings. 1) LINENS we found candy wrappers between the sheets and stains on the pillow cases. Bathroom towels smelled of mildew, had dust and stains on them. Black mold on the drapes. 2) BLACK MOLD/DUST-air purifier filter appeared to have NEVER BEEN CHANGED, inches of dust and black mold all round it. We also couldn’t turn on any of the ceiling fans because they had inches of dust on them that began flying around. BLACK MOLD around the showers and inside the washing machine.3) KITCHEN DISGUST-All pots, pans, kitchen items were filthy. The utensil drawer had dead baby roaches. Outsides of ALL CABINETS, including bathroom, was covered with grime, fingerprints and grease. Some cabinets missing handles. Inside of cabinets had black mold and items were unusable to use unless you washed in hot water as there is no dishwasher or even a drain board or sponge. Just an old disgusting dish towel that smelled. 4)INTERNET- did not work!5)THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING I can’t fit the rest of my review.

Throughout your visit, both our off-site and on-site management teams responded promptly to the concerns you reported, including the odor you described and the internet connection. Our goal is always to address guest concerns as quickly as possible while they are staying with us. Regarding the comments about cleanliness, mold, linens, kitchen items, and other housekeeping concerns, these issues were not reported to us during your stay. Had we been made aware of them, we would have immediately sent our housekeeping team to inspect and correct any deficiencies. We take cleanliness very seriously and investigate all reported concerns. Prior to arrival, every guest receives written instructions and visual guides explaining how to prepare the condo for occupancy. These include turning on the water with a single lever, switching on the two water heater breakers, and detailed instructions regarding the shower controls to ensure proper hot and cold water operation. The condo is stocked by our cleaning team with a new dishwashing sponge and two countertop dish-drying pads for guest use. We appreciate your comments, as they allow us to verify that our standards are being met. We value all guest feedback and continually work to maintain and improve our property. A rating for this rental property and host. Easy access to beach, stunning views of the Gulf from the balcony and the Bay from the front door. Claudia was easy to reach and quick to respond. The beach towels, chairs and toys she provided were an extra touch. The condo is located within walking distance from a grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental.

Family Vacation

The property was great for a family with kids. We appreciated that the kids had their own bathroom and a room with two beds. The kids loved the bay view from their window. We loved the pool and the afternoon shade. It was great to be able to walk to restaurants, the grocery store, the beach, and gravity park. Would stay again!

This property was super clean and exactly as advertised! Beautiful views of the Gulf of America. We had a lovely stay! The host was extremely accommodating and very easy to get a hold of! I highly recommend this beautiful condo and would definitely stay here again!
