Lovely location and cute cottage with lots of space. The single bed I slept in was comfy. Everything looked clean despite the age. But a few things were of concern, namely rickety balustrade on the stairs, cockroaches (!) in the evening that were a total turn off, especially after finding one crawling inside the tea jar. The light was not working in the upstairs bathroom so that mostly precluded its use at night, too.

Nice n clean house and managed. One thing that was issue was the top floor bathroom where light was not working. Pls ensure lights are working before guests check in.

Great location. Found cockroaches in the kitchen.It would be nice to have tea and coffee provided (there was a very old 1/2 jar of instant coffee in the pantry that had solidified). The decking out front and back could be reinforced or replaced for safety issues.The TV difficult to use (no instructions) and there was a cable not connected.There were 2 conditioners bottles in main bathroom (no shampoo). The place needed a good clean.Emptied all bins as requested and put in wheelie bin.

A nice clean area outside on the deck with a good outdoor table and chairs were very much missed.Coffee jar had solid coffee in it like a wet spoon was put in. No instructions left for tv workings. No wood for fire it was cold and air conditioning not working properly. Advertisement says ginger bread cottage no signs saying this did not look or feel like a ginger bread cottage maybe a bit more care and love. Lawn not mowed front and front steps needed a blow down. Dryer left full of towels and sheets. Disappointed with the property.
