Idéal et vaut le détour

Un accueil chaleureux avec le propriétaire. Nous y avons séjourné, mon épouse, mes 2 enfants et moi. Entièrement ravis. Le logement est fonctionnel, proche commodités et commerces, idéalement localisé (à 2min de la promenade des anglais). Je vous le recommande absolument.

A nice apartment in a secure location. It is close to shops and restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the beach. It is well maintained and equipped. The owner was extremely helpful and informative.

Ren, praktisk og fin liten leilighet

Familie på 5 leide leiligheten 4 dager i juli. Nicole, eieren av leiligheten, var veldig lett å ha kontakt med både før og under oppholdet. Vann og rosévin sto i kjøleskapet som velkomst og ellers var leiligheten utstyrt med alt det du trengte. (Håndklær, sengetøy, oppvaskmaskinpulver, vaskemaskinpulver, krydder etc.) Wi-fi fungerte utmerket. Matbutikk og nydelig bakeri rett ned i gata. Ca 200 m til strandpromenaden og 4,5 km til Nice gamleby. (Fin kveldstur fram og tilbake om kvelden om man liker å gå eller så er det veldig lett å leie bysykler og sykle inn til gamlebyen). To soverom med dobbeltsenger og uttrekksseng i oppholdsrommet. Minus ved leiligheten er at den ikke har aircondition. Vi sov med helt åpne vinduer og det fungerte greit. Det ble da veldig lyst om morgenen og den som sov i oppholdsrommet hørte en del trafikkstøy, men med flybriller og sov-i-ro er problemet løst. Hvis vi skal til Nice flere ganger, vil vi gjerne leie leiligheten om igjen.

Ruhige Wohnung in Strandnähe

Schöne ruhige Wohnung mit supernetter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeberin. Wir waren zur EM 2016 da und haben es genossen, dass die Wohnung abseits des Trubels liegt – aber nur 5 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Zwei schöne, kühle Schlafzimmer, und trotz des offenen Fensters nur eine Mücke in zwei Nächten ;-) Wir kommen wieder!

This apartment has a beautiful view of the sea, and is a short walk to the beach. Nicole was very accommodating and went above and beyond for us. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Location was perfect. :)

Very good place to stay in Nice, near the beach

We stayed for 5 nights with three adults in this nice appartment. the location is excellent, close to the beach and the old city of Nice. Nicole is a friendly host, everything was just as we discussed and agreed Upfront. Reliable landlord! Good beds, full functioning kitchen, modern bathroom and toilet.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement spacieux situé proche de la plage dans une résidence très calme. Rien ne manque pour passer un séjour idéal.et découvrir Nice et ses environs. L'électro-ménager est conforme au descriptif, bonne literie, et internet est un plus bien appréciable. , La propriétaire nous a accueillis chaleureusement et est très soucieuse du confort de ses locataires. Dès que nous pourrons, nous y reviendrons.
