This amazing vacation retreat located in one of North Bethany's finest private, gated communities easily sleeps 16 people and features 6 bedrooms plus loft with 5 full and 1 half bathrooms. Spacious open floor plan in the main front house and charming breezeway leading to the back annex house offers plenty of room to spread out and relax with family and friends. Features include a bright and beachy decor with central air conditioning, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 6 TVs, DVD, WiFi, Gas Grill and Outside Shower. Enjoy morning coffee with friends and family out on the wonderful screen porch and long relaxing afternoons in the hot tub. Recharge on any one of the 2 open decks for a truly get-away from it all experience! The beautiful uncrowded private beach is only a short stroll away where you can walk for miles and miles. Also nearby is the Indian River inlet with marina, fishing and crabbing. All of this makes for an absolutely perfect summer beach house where you will be sure to create those special family beach vacation memories!

First stay at 30084 Seagull Way- Overall good but could be better

Overall was a good stay and great location. However, there were a few areas which could be improved. Check-in: We did not get a call/text and had to follow up to confirm that the property was ready for check in. Property: The main level was not property clean. The floor was sandy and required additional sweeping/vacuuming The main level bathroom may need more cleaning. It had a smell which required us to do additional cleaning/air clearing. Linens: The bed linen/towel service was great and reduced additional packing. However, packaging was incorrect for two bedrooms with king size beds. The packages included full-size fitted sheets even though they were labeled for king-size.
