State Park - Lakeside Condo - Perfect for Four

Park Place On the Lake Condominiums set the standard for location on the Lake of the Ozarks. Situated in the heart of Missouri's largest state park, Park Place On the Lake offers the very best in convenience and value for those wishing to become a part of life at the lake.

Located four miles South of Missouri Hwy 54 take Missouri Hwy 42 to Lake of the Ozarks State Park, and Missouri Hwy 134 to Park Place On the Lake. A unique feature of Lake of the Ozarks State Park is the Lee C. Fine Memorial Airport.

During the spring and summer months you can enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, and water skiing on Lake of the Ozarks. For swimming, a pool and club house are available on the property or you can use one of the beaches in the State Park. The State Park is also a great place for riding bicycles, using the walking trails, or renting horses for horseback riding. Come stay with us and let us open the door to everything the park has to offer.

This condo is clean, bright, well decorated, and located on the first floor - one level down from the parking lot. Walk directly off the deck to the dock with the unit's private lighted steps. Our condo offers a unique setting in the midst of 17,231 acres of Lake of the Ozarks State Park. From the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom you can view undeveloped State Park and the abundance of wildlife it has to offer.

The living room and master bedroom have all the comforts of home including Direct TV, DVD, CD, VCR and stereo. Wireless WiFi internet is available.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, deep double sinks, cooking utensils, and garbage disposal.

The master bedroom has a wonderful overstuffed king-size bed, dresser, and the master bathroom has twin vanities with a tub and shower. Complete with its own private deck access, your bedroom view of the lake is stunning. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, television and is adjacent to its own bathroom with shower, toilet and single vanity. All towels and bed linens are provided.

A 10X30 covered boat slip with remote lift is available for a small daily fee. Please no smoking and no pets allowed.

Park Place On the Lake has one swimming pool and a club house with a great stone fireplace, full kitchen, and bathroom. Our unit is just minutes away from some of the best dining, golfing, and shopping the Midwest has to offer. Fantastic fishing opportunities for bass, crappie, and bluegill from our dock just a few feet away from our condo.

For comfort, we limit our guests to four adults or family of four.
