Welcome to our stylish and trendy two-bedroom suite, perfect for your next vacation or business trip. Located in Canyon Meadows this property offers convenience, comfort, and luxury all in one.

This 2 bedroom lower unit accommodates 10 guests comfortably.
Bedroom 1 has a King size bed
Bedroom 2 has one Queen and 2 Doubles (Bunk)
Living Room Studio area has a King bed, Smart Tv and electric fireplace with a futon couch and sofa

The kitchen is equipped kitchen which includes a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee/tea, pots/pans, dish soap and paper towels!

There’s a Laundry area with a washer and dryer for our guests to use at no charge.

Workspace for your computer.

Lots of street parking in front and a private stall in the back of the house.

By following these guidelines, you'll help us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and avoid any potential violation fees:

1. NO Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Please respect this rule to avoid additional cleaning fees.

2. NO Parties: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings to respect our neighbours and the peaceful atmosphere of the neighbourhood.

3. QUIET Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This includes keeping noise levels down both inside and outside the property.

4. NO Outside Shoes Indoors: Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the house. Feel free to place wet/soiled shoes on the tray by the front door.

5. Only REGISTERED Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Thank you for your cooperation.

6. PETS: We welcome one pet under certain conditions. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved, and note that pets are not allowed on furniture, to dig in the yard or disturb the neighbours. There is a size limit/breed restriction for dogs; please inquire before booking.

7. CHECK-OUT Instructions: Before you check out, please ensure all trash is disposed of properly (and placed out into the appropriate bins located in the back), and the property is left in good condition.

8. Laundry: Guests have access to a washer and dryer. Please note that we do not provide laundry detergent due to potential allergies. We recommend bringing your own preferred detergent to ensure it meets your specific needs.

Fantastic place to stay!

I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The manager was so easy to deal with and always responded to messages. This place is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There is plenty of space and storage. I think anyone who stays here would be happy.

This place had everything I needed. It is quiet, well-equipped and in a lovely location with easy access to stores and restaurants. There is a nice back yard with seating for 2. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. I was very happy with my choice!

The listing mentions it sleeps 6 but in reality this listing sleeps 3 comfortably! Also there is no access to the thermostat so it was extremely hot as the hot air blew on one of the beds all night! It was fairly clean and check in was very easy! But I don’t believe I would stay here again!

Great stay

We were there for 9 days and it felt like home. Totally enjoyed our stay at this place. Very well kept and welcoming. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a place with home like comforts and yet not expensive. All in all a great place.
