Detached house located in quiet area near sea and shops (no need to take your car private parking next to the house)
Batz city of character where you can practice fishing, hiking on foot or by bike, discover heritage and gastronomy fleur de sel, St Guénolé cookies ... near Le Pouliguen (port), Le Croisic (wild coast) Guérande (medieval city and its salt marshes ) and La Baule.
Very functional housing and cupboards for storing suitcases.
Enclosed garden with terrace equipped with barbecue, hammock, sails and outdoor tap (back to the beach).
Ground floor: Newly equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.) open to the living room with 1 double sofa bed and TV; Separate toilet and bathroom
Upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 folding bed + TV and DVD
