Do Better!!
Upon arrival place was visibly dirty. We had to clean ALL of the dishes and silverware. Drain in the shower was clogged with hair that had been there for a while. They’ve placed cardboard under couch cushions for additional support. TV dish wasn’t working so they finally brought a Roku after I suggested it on day 3 of our stay. Location was good pictures are very deceiving the water is not blue or green but a dark brown.

Andrew, I appreciate you sharing your feedback. It’s unfortunate hear that the cleanliness of the property did not meet your expectations. We strive for high cleanliness standards and will review this with our cleaning team. Regarding the shower drain, we will ensure this is addressed. We aim to provide accommodations that meet our guests' needs, and I apologize for the delay in addressing the TV issue. Your comments about the water color are noted; we do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
While we always enjoy Indian Pass, this home left little to the imagination. It wasn't as clean as it could be and definitely needs some attention; i.e. tile floor in master is cracking in several areas I would assume from house settling, because you can feel it slope as well.
The dishwasher on the inside was covered with mold and several roached dead on floor the 2nd morning we were there. Decking is in rough shape and hose to shower doesn't work. (the hose wasn't a make or break though) The propane to the grill was empty when we got there; thank got we bring one as well and it was FILTHY. The grease cup was full and coagulated it had been there so long. I had to scrub with soap and water before we could even use it. Maintenance said they "cleaned" it when I called about it, but that was not the case. (I have photos).
Overall it could be a very nice house, just needs more attention to it.
Great experience - we rented through Pristine Properties in Cape San Blas and found them to be completely helpful and quick to respond to questions. The house is well-maintained and it's a quick walk to the beautiful, sparsely populated beachfront. I can highly recommend renting a cart, umbrellas, chairs, etc. from VayK Gear - it made our very short trek to the sand easier. Plus, we didn't have to pack our cars with the beach equipment! We will stay here again if we are in this area.
After a year of loss and great stress, we needed a secluded place to just go rest. This was the place! Just a few steps from the beach and could see the beach from many points in the house. It had the best equipped kitchen of any rental we’ve stayed in. Restaurants are just 15-20 minutes away which is perfectly fine with us.
