We offer free private parking. when entering you will walk up to the entrance apartment, dining room area to eat, breakfast nook kitchen area, washer, dryer and everything you need to feel like your home. Décor is modern have a New York style which is where I am originally from. Living room have a 55" TV on a wall mount that have LED lighting all around. Living room sofa is a queen size sleeper. 1st bedroom have a clock that charges your phone once you lay your phone on top. 2nd bedroom is extremely cozy. Apartment have a balcony for summer fun. Ideal for monthly stays.

We had a wonderful time! This house was convenient to everywhere we needed to go- downtown, F and M, stores.. The house was incredibly clean, well stocked with extras, and the pool looked incredible- but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Easy parking and check in- and host was communicative and made sure all was good. The price was also right!!! We will definitely be back again!!

I’ve gone back and forth about leaving a review to share this absolute gem with others or keeping it to myself. The property is as pictured, modern with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large off street parking space is provided. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe during our stay. Grocery store and restaurants were about a 5 min drive. The fenced backyard is semi private, shared with the downstairs VRBO guests and the owner’s home which is next door. The space is large where children (or adults) can run or play yard games and the pool is AMAZING. About the owners: They are one of the kindest most hospitable families I have interacted with. Very genuine and honestly made us feel at home. THIS IS A WALK UP as in you open the front door and immediately climb a flight of stairs. This was fine for us but if you have an issue with stairs this isn’t for you. We will be back!

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks exactly how it's described on VRBO. The beds were super comfy and we loved sitting out on the balcony. The only downfall was the road noise and being able to hear others in the back and side yard. Music and the sound machine on my phone worked wonders. This place is definitely at the top of my list for places to stay when I visit PA.

This apartment was really cute and clean. We had to tighten the screws on one of the twin bed frames because it was so squeaky my daughter couldn’t sleep. Everything else about the apartment was great and the location was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, we probably won’t be staying here again because the people in the attached home had super loud parties late into the night on 3 of the 5 nights we were there.

the three most important things about real estate are location, location, location.

This is a nice apartment over the garage. One long flight up. Looks just like the advertisement, almost as if it went through an HGTV decoration makeover five years ago. It was a very good value. It sits on the corner lot of a numbered county highway and a residential street, with the bedroom windows overlooking the county road that sees noticeable traffic by 5am = Never got to sleep in to our 5:30 alarm except on Sunday. And everyplace we wanted to go was a left turn which was a bit of a challenge. We were disappointed on arrival (March) to find a dry hot tub. I recommend that the host send the "how to" link a week before arrival for future visitors, as there is no physical instruction book in the space - We got a VRBO message moments before arrival. It included the door code (which was readable in the VRBO message notification) and a link to an online instruction set (which I couldn't even tell was there until I returned home and signed into VRBO on my computer). Probably not an issue for those with a modern phone and the app. It was never really clear what the parking situation was. sometimes we would block the garage, sometimes there would be other cars there (we never saw the same vehicle twice) but we were able to find a street space within 100 yards. We would do it again if the price still made sense.

She works in the housekeeping department and I work in the engineering department. I believe our background is a great combination and our guest will notice with the level of details in our property. We visit Lancaster over the years to visit family and loved the environment so we decided to purchase our first home in Lancaster PA. This property attracted us because of how locally shops, diners, park and shopping mall are. Also how good the schools are for our children and friendly neighbors.
