Overall, we had a good stay! Host was great to work with and super communication. The room had a nice ocean view and a huge balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Beach was great, walked either way to restaurants. Valet parking situation was a little unusual since the car was only 50 ft away, but cost was noted ahead of time. The room itself was ok, but the bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Everything about our stay was beyond expectations. The property is beautiful and very well taken care of. The unit is so nice. Kitchen is fully stocked and clean and updated. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice with plenty of room and fully equipped with everything you could need. Communication with the owners is top notch. Overall a great stay.

Overall I would say the condo was okay. The unit is dated which we knew going into it, but we thought the view, property amenities and location would offset the interior. Our main issue is that the master bath and kitchen did not have hot water for 4 days. I told her on Sunday and someone came on Monday afternoon. Unfortunately, they thought it was the property issue - broiler room. It took another day to hear the property was not having issues only our unit. She was going to send the maintenance man back that Wednesday afternoon (we arrived on Saturday and told her Sunday). We talked to the front desk and they sent someone up and he adjusted some valves and we finally had hot water after 4 days with cold to Lukewarm water. Needless to say this put a damper on our stay. As for the property, the valets, hotel staff and beach service were great.

Food at Tiki bar is excellent. View of beach is wonderful. Pool needs some attention—chaise lounges should be organized, trash picked up, and old broken furniture should be removed.

Great location with spectacular ocean views. We spent a lot of time on the large balcony. Host was very responsive when we had a question. Amazingly quiet for a large beachfront property. The Tiki Bar offered delicious food options and drinks. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a Florida beach getaway. The location was great for touring. We visited Animal EdVentures and played with the otters. Also took a fantastic airboat ride with Captain JJ on airboattour.com. Spent a day visiting Big Cypress Natural Preserve. Visited the Morikami Japanese Gardens.

This condo was in the perfect location. The balcony view of the pool and beach was spacious. This place had everything we needed. It was a plus to have the beach chairs and towels to take down to the beach so that you don't have to rent ones.The host was very attentive and my requests were answered and dealt with immediately. The food and drinks at the tiki bar were excellent. All the employees were very pleasant. Waitress Jasmine was top notch! The atmosphere was great. The Casa Calabria restaurant was exceptional. The meatballs were the best I ever had and the rest of the food was yummy too. It was a girls trip and we are looking forward to going back to the same condo next year.

We chose the unit primarily for the balcony and while the view was pretty, the construction noise made it difficult to even have a conversation out there M-F from 8-5. Not relaxing unfortunately. Inside the unit needs TLC.

First the good,Great location with a great view of the Oceanand beach.Great on site restaurant.However,Overall cleaning could be better. The balcony could use a thorough cleaning. Had problems with the washer, ended up using the basement laundry.Hot water in the second bedroom was hard to regulate, either too hot or barely warm. Need new pots and pans. Linens are very tired.
