Hot Tub Open March-November!

Located in the sleepy community of Union Pier stands A Good Latitude. This four-bedroom, two full bath home is just a short walk to Gowdy Shores private beach and close to everything in Harbor Country. Your family will love the spacious outdoor yard perfect for the kids. Outside features an outdoor deck, gas grill, and outdoor shower. The main floor features a full stocked kitchen with dining for six plus an additional two island seating. A spacious family room with TV as well as lovely screened in porch that seats up to six guests. There are three bedrooms and two full baths on main floor. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and an en suite full bathroom with stand-alone tub and shower. Bedroom #2 is perfect for the kids with four twins (bunk beds). Bedroom #3 comes with a queen bed. Main floor also has second full bathroom (shower only) as well as washer/dryer. The second floor has the fourth bedroom with queen bed. You will love the cozy reading nook too!

All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including new hot tub, gas firepit, internet, cable, washer/dryer, central AC and heat, gas grill, screened-in porch, close proximity to private beach and downtown!

**All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.

**One dog allowed under 30 lbs.

**Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.

Wonderful stay near the beach!

We had a great time at this property! It was a short walk to the beach and they offered beach toys and umbrellas, etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the communication was great! Would highly recommend!

Little Slice of Heaven on Earth

This vacation house was clean, cute, and user friendly! It's a short and lovely walk to the private beach. Having a little one, the house was stocked with so many toys, games, and DVD's etc. We also enjoyed the blueberry bushes, apple tree with swing, screened in back porch and firepit. They were very quick to respond to any or our questions or needs.

Perfect family cottage

This is the most perfect property we have stayed at in Union Pier so far as a family. It may not be the most modern or the biggest, but it is by far the most ideal!!! It is super clean and the hosts of thought of every tiny detail -- wonderful ceiling fans in every room, towels arranged beautifully upon arrival, well-equipped for family cooking, convenient BBQ, super comfortable (if a bit small) beds, modernized showers with great water pressure, lovely outdoor shower, tons of games, wonderful firepit and your own blueberry bushes and apple tree to pick from!!!! The beautiful beach is a very short pretty walk and the neighbors are all super friendly. We absolutely loved our stay!!! The only thing I would request would be a few extra blankets on the cold nights, but otherwise EVERYTHING you could need for a family beach holiday.

The house was immaculate on arrival. The owners had even turned on all of the Christmas lights. This house is perfect and the neighborhood is amazing; lovely for quiet winter walks and meeting neighbors from a distance. Loved loved the stay here at this sweet cottage.

Girls getaway

We had the best time together - taking long walks - charcuterie at sunset on the beach - jigsaw puzzles- lots of laughs and getting a break from the heaviness of the world. This place was absolutely perfect. Would stay again!
