This was a great property. The house was clean and comfortable and in a good location. The owners were very friendly. The only glitch was the dryer didn't work and the owners replaced it quickly. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area again.

Great location
This house is in a perfect spot. Close to restaurants and beaches. In a nice quiet neighborhood. Clean and no issues. Will return!
Great house with everything you need for a family week at the beach. The house was very clean and just lovely. Downstairs has a wonderful little suite. Air conditioners worked well. Nice flat lot with a perfect little deck for post beach cocktails. We hope to be back!

Thanks Jen for the honest and detailed review! We hope you come back too!
This vacation rental was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The deck off the back of the house was perfect for early morning coffee and afternoon barbecues with friends and family. The two bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom, sitting area and full bath downstairs is a great set up if you are traveling with another couple or are taking a teenager and his/her friend along. The rooms were all freshly painted and the home is well taken care of by the owners Nina and Paul. Nina was very easy to communicate with when I had a question. The area is very quiet, pleasant and easy to walk and bike. We would definitely like to come back.

Hi Ann, the owners asked us to pass along the following: "Ann, thank you so much for giving a detailed description of the house. Paul and I work very hard to keep it clean and updated. Looking forward to having you back next year."
We rented this home for a family reunion. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. Owner had all the ac units on when we arrived, so it was nice and cool despite the hot weather. The back yard was great. It was a nice size and flat, so perfect for the kids playing etc. The deck was perfect for sitting outside too. We slept great with the bedroom ac units, and the house had plenty of shampoo, and a hair dryer etc. My only suggestion would be to bring a knife sharpener or your own kitchen knives, as the knives were a little dull and I couldn't find a sharpener. Otherwise, great clean, comfy home in a great neighborhood with a responsive owner.

Thank you for your great review! We work hard to make everything perfect for our guests. We will add in a knife sharpener as you suggested!!
First and foremost, the owners of this home are the best-immediate, helpful responses to all questions you might have. No “attitude”except welcoming and helpful, and they want you to enjoy their home!
Our family, which ranged from 4 mos. to grandparents , 6 adults and Two small children, had a wonderful time here for a week. The location in Bonnet Shores is so convenient to the best beach ever(Narragansett), great restaurants & fun shopping in Wakefield.
The house was perfect for us, 3BR’s, 2 baths, extra living space in the lower level, a laundry room, new A/c, and a nice deck and beautiful big backyard! The parking area is big too, and the neighborhood is quiet and a very short walk to the beautiful river! this is a gem! Kitchen is well-equipped too, although we were focused on eating incredibly fresh seafood out every day! with!
Nice property but many details with much to be desired
No toiletries when owner claimed there were toiletries. We couldn’t find a box of tissues. Not enough hand soap.
Beds unmade with ripped sheets that did not fit mattresses. Pillows with stains. Then you had to strip beds and follow directives.
Wet outdoor cushions where owner threatened to charge if you didn’t pull cushions in for rain.
Of course we clean prior to leaving but the treats of not following dishwasher and garbage protocols was absurd.
Why is there a cleaning charge?
This was very disappointing.

From the owner: "David, we were very surprised to read your comments and sorry you were disappointed. We would never say that you had to pull in cushions. Kindly ask that you pull them in for the next guest, so they are not wet. Regarding a ripped sheet and spots on Pillows, we have Clean Covers placed on all Pillows before the next guest. We didn't expect that you take it off. Sorry, you were disappointed, but this is our first negative review, and we will look into these items mentioned."

Perfect Spot for Friend Get-a-way
We had a great time in Narragansett! The house accommodated all 6 of us comfortably, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we particularly enjoyed spending time on the back deck! The host was gracious enough to let us check in a few hours early, which was so appreciated.
This was our family’s third trip to Narragansett, and it started off a bit inauspiciously with Hurricane Henri predicted to make landfall right in the Narragansett area during the 2nd day of our trip. Nina (property owner) was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond throughout the first 48 hrs keeping us updated on the situation (including the area power outages post-storm) and even offering to enquire about a potential refund with the property mgt company if we chose not to travel due to the circumstances. Luckily the sun came out and we still enjoyed 4 great sun filled days at this nicely updated and renovated property. The location is perfect, less than 1/2 mile from Boston Neck Road which takes you to all the restaurants, beaches, and other area attractions. The house comfortably accommodates 6 for sleeping, but if you have a larger party of 7 or 8 you may want to ask about the additional sleeping arrangements. Highly recommend for medium size families or up to 3 couples visiting the area!
This house was perfect for us. Beautiful, private back yard with a beautiful deck. Close to the beach and downtown area. House was clean with everything you could need. We have agreed we would definitely rent it again!

Hi John, the owners wanted to share the following: "John, so happy to hear you enjoyed your vacation and that you are coming back!"
This was a lovely place to stay! Nina was very easy to get in touch with and had recommendations about the area. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only disappointment was that the listing said there would be bikes we could use, and there actually were none. But it’s a nice setting right along the river that’s great to walk around, and a short drive from the beach!
