About this property
Walk to Beach, Restaurants - Bike to Amphitheater - Short Uber to Historic Area
The Place to be🐝 St.Augustine and this condo! Our location is perfect any time of the year. One of kind condo experience: a setting which is a short walk to the beautiful flat beaches or free parking next to the pier. All your beach needs: umbrella, towels, beach chairs...and a beach cart! As a fellow vacationer explains: it’s the 🐝hive to begin your exploration of the most ancient city in America! So many adventures if you choose to partake or not🦄We have enjoyed so many places in the time we have spent in St. Augustine. First walking to the beach, swimming, fishing off the pier, riding a bike to the intercoastal with the seagulls in the morning, playing volleyball, hanging out listening to the outdoor concerts and music echoing from local hot spots.
Cool theme restaurants like The Conch house and newly renovated Panama Hattie’s. Salt Life restaurant which can pick you up by golf cart if your drinking more than one; the taco shop known for their UFO tacos, Le petit’s French bakery which has amazing omelets that are so huge you will have to share…. or not! Geez haven’t touched on the historic district which has so much good food and enjoyable/quaint evening dining, entertainment, sightseeing, and places to kick back and have a drink while listening to music and people watching from one of the many balconies. There is public parking however we suggest the Red Trolley, Uber, aLyft or even take the bikes if you’re the atheletic type.
There is a Farmers market several mornings during the week as well as major concerts in the local Amphitheater which you can get to by bike or less than mile drive. Dates and times available in The Social of St. Augustine on the internet.
Volleyball is available on the 6 beach courts next to the pier. One of our favorite things to do.
I like the pet adoption thrift store .5 mile away for unique things (the hubby doesn’t like that kind of hunting) and don’t forget to go to the alligator farm although a bit too close to the pet adoptions🧐🦔 for my liking. (Only kidding). so many adventures in the coolest place ever and we are originally from New York!

We had a assume week in St. Augustine. The house was very convenient to all the must see locations. Communication with the owner was great and she even gave us many good recommendations for places to see and restaurants to eat, many within walking distance. If your heading to St. Augustine this is the place to stay.
The condo is exactly as described. It’s an easy 3 blocks to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby and historic St. Augustine is a short drive. We really appreciated having the bikes. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely recommend.

She is “a host with the most”.
So glad you enjoyed the condo and enjoyed the bikes.
Great location near St. Augustine beach. Very close drive to historic St. Augustine. We really enjoyed the cozy bed and the at home feel. We never used the bikes or pool. The bikes looked a bit weathered. Pool seemed clean and within a quick walking distance from the condo. Great place to stay. Lots of nice touches such as a few spices, sugar, creamer, kitchen needs. Beach towels, cooler, and so many nice things to make for a nice stay.

I should have paid more attention
The property is beautiful, the area is perfect. The location is family friendly, clean, and safe for anyone. We had some issues with the beds not being the size we thought we had specifically booked, and it did affect the quality of our stay. The pool was clean and close, and the location is so close to the pier and many restaurants and activities. One of the bathrooms did have a good bit of someones long hair upon arrival, and the master bathrooms shower needs to be repaired or replaced. But overall, we had a great week, we never saw one bug, thwre was no sand upon our arrival, and the kitchen was stocked and ready to use. Mixed feelings about this property.
This property was just as described. Clean, neat with plenty of room. It is also situated under a very shady area, which was great for sitting outside. Publix was close as was Walmart. We didn't do much which was the goal. Beach is a 10-15 minute walk but on a sidewalk. The one closest is pretty much crushed shells and not much sand. Walk on down to the pier area and better beach. Also there is a splash pad there which is great for the little ones. The pool was also nice and close by.. No complaints for sure. I would stay again if it was closer to home!!
This property is exactly as described!!!! Short walk to the beach. Best breakfast around , just down the street. The wait staff there remembered our drinks every time.
Whatever you do don’t miss out on a Great location to go see Saint Augustine.
Thank you Lori and John awesome awesome time.
A great place, quiet, with nice neighbors. Comfortable place to come back to after a day at the beach and in town. We only wish we would have booked longer! There is always next year!
My husband and I enjoyed this property very much. Our little pup Eddie also had a wonderful time. The property was very nice and well kept, everything you need was there. The beach was a very short walk, Eddie loved that the beach was dog friendly. Thanks for a great trip we will be back.

We stayed in St. Augustine for the week of our daughter's wedding. This place was absolutely wonderful. It had everything we needed for cooking, for the beach, for cleaning, and showering. It is very welcoming and made us feel like we were at home.
We loved the condo, it was clean and had all the essentials you need. Furniture was comfortable. The location was excellent. I would not hesitate to book again. Margie Owens
This condo was perfect for what we needed! It was a short walk to the super dog friendly beach, or 2 minute drive. The proximity to Anastasia Island state park is amazing. Lots of good take out options. Lori was extremely responsive and made us feel at home.
