You will enjoy this bright two bedroom villa with its beach-centric décor and unbeatable location! Recently updated in 2025, this villa features all new furnishings and fresh decor throughout, giving it a stylish and comfortable feel from the moment you walk in.

The kitchen comes fully equipped to match your cooking needs. The dining area, just off the kitchen, seats four, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The spacious living room provides plenty of seating for the whole family and includes a mounted HDTV for your entertainment. It also features a sleeper sofa with an upgraded foam mattress, offering a comfortable sleeping option for extra guests. Two sliding doors open to two private balconies, perfect for enjoying the fresh coastal air.

The Primary bedroom includes a king bed, HDTV, and an en-suite Primary bathroom featuring a double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. On the other side of the villa, the guest bedroom offers two queen sized beds, an HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Take in the outside air on one of your two private balconies. Staying in The Moorings means you’re as close to the beach as you can get on Hilton Head without being oceanfront. Plus, the popular Dunes House bar and grille is just a few steps away!

While all of these things are minor, if you want honest feedback on possible improvements it would be as follows: a new broom is needed, there is no dustpan, and the vacuum had an odor to it when it ran. The coffee cups were also really small. Again all minor things. We would absolutely return to Palmetto Dunes and this exact rental again!

I would prefer a property with an oceanfront pool and clubhouse like the Omni and Hilton.

Air conditioning Went out and it took 2 days to repair, closet door in the master was off and they never addressed it, all rugs were stained and worn, television instructions were impossible to navigate, kitchen had bits and pieces of what you needed but were put away all over. It was a search to find the lid for anything or matching items. The living room furniture was worn and cushions sunk when you sat down from wear . This is the second year we stayed at this condo and won’t be back unless some changes are made.

The location was wonderful and just outside Palmetto Dunes is so many grocery stores and restaurants. I would rent here again however would have wished two things. One the bathrooms in the bedrooms have a barn door (little privacy) and then the secondly the dishes. They were plastic and not dishwasher safe. Plus can opener and vegetable peeler did not work well. That’s little but just a little annoying. It is a great home!

The only negative was that the unit would benefit from an air purifier as there was a slight mustiness. This was not a big problem but faintly noticeable.
