Host very responsive. Place is clean and quiet. Corner upper apartment away from street. Location is great for restaurants and the beach is 5 - 10 minute walk. Definitely would stay there again.

It was great Experience, Perfect location and the apartment is very clean and had everything we needed. There are only 2 things I Wish I know: there is no Elevator in the building. And the apartament has to much light in the morning and no blackout in the windows, so if you are used to sleep in the dark it’s not so easy.

SOBE Dream

Great location, near the start of Ocean Drive and surrounded by all of the hot spot restaurants. Apartment was clean and had everything needed. Easy check in and very responsive host, would stay again.

South Beach one bedroom apartment

Stayed 8 nights. Great location, just a short walk from Ocean Drive and close proximity to countless restaurants.. Apartment very spacious, clean and with a lot of natural daylight. Separate dining area and even small office desk/chair section, which I enjoyed a lot. Definitely recommend it and will stay there in the future if available.

Excellent choice!

As a solo traveler, safety is my #1 priority. This property is nestled right in the middle of the South Beach action. Yet, it is discretely tucked away so you do get some peace and quiet.I was impressed with how clean the building is kept. I will definitely book my stay once again at this property!

Perfect!

Great location near all the action but not loud. Apartment was clean and fresh. No bugs. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, and attractions. Bus and free trolley right at your door. Would stay here again.

Clean and Close to Everything

This is a clean and sunny property. We had no trouble checking in, and the communication with the owner/manager was quick and easy. The unit has everything you need in a neat space. Walking up to the unit is a little dark, but when you open the door to the unit, it is a haven. Thanks Lee!

Smack dab in the middle

This apartment grew on us as our week-long visit progressed. Excellent location. Tidy, comfy design. Lots of light. Not fancy and the building hallways are a bit glum, but the feeling of being smack dab in the middle of south beach energy was great. Citi bikes are right out the door and going out the back stair lands you at Cubaton sandwich shop. Had my café con leche their in the mornings. A great trip. Would repeat.

Can't wait to come back

I've stayed in South Beach many times but this is definitely the best apartment I've stated. It has everything and unlike almost everywhere else I've stayed, it's quiet while being right in the perfect location close to everything.

EXCELLENT TRIP

Super comfortable apartment in a great location. Love the location in the building because we were the corner top floor which made it super private and quiet. Everything felt really new and clean. Great communication great neighborhood.
