This charming, family-friendly beach cottage welcomes up to 8 guests. It features a fully fenced yard with a spacious rear area for BBQs and dining, overlooking a lovely, tree-filled backyard. The neatly presented home is comfortably furnished and conveniently located near the beach and local town.
The Kitchen and Living Room:
The open-plan living area includes a bright, family-friendly kitchen with electric cooking and a large central dining table. The adjacent lounge room offers ample seating, a widescreen TV, a high-capacity split system for heating and cooling, an open fireplace, and direct access to the front porch.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The cottage includes three bedrooms and a family bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Two of the bedrooms feature queen-size beds, while the third bedroom has tri-bunks and a single bed, suitable for up to 4 guests. Each bedroom provides plenty of storage space for guest belongings.
The Garden:
The expansive garden is a highlight of the property, the backyard offers a serene environment for outdoor relaxation and play. The spacious rear area is perfect for entertaining, with a BBQ and dining setup amidst the greenery. Enjoy the tranquil ambiance of the garden, which provides a perfect backdrop for family gatherings and leisurely afternoons.
Getaway Property Management Terms & Conditions:
For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
Strictly No parties
This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
