Delightful family friendly beach cottage welcoming up to 8 guests. Featuring a fully fenced yard with a spacious rear BBQ and dining facilities overlooking the beautiful treed backyard. Neat and tidy presentation with comfortable furnishings, all located within close proximity to the beach and local township.

The kitchen and living room;
Open plan living featuring a bright family kitchen with electric cooking and a large central dining table. The adjacent lounge room offers plenty of seating with a wide screen TV, complete with a large capacity split system heating and cooling system, an open fire place, and direct access to the front porch.

The bedrooms and bathrooms;

Three bedrooms and a family bathroom comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. There are 2 queen size beds, while the third bedroom accommodates up to 4 guests in the tri bunks and a single bed. Each room has plenty of storage space for guest clothing.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.

Guests are required to complete a booking form and provide licence ID for guests and credit card details prior to check in.
