The place is very well cared for and clean. The extra touches like a bottle of wine and a card was really nice. The place is immaculately clean. The driveway is nice and long and fit 4 cars comfortably. My only complaint is the beds were hard and I prefer soft beds. Other than that, it was a great place for 4 couples to stay in. Oh, another note is that it doesn’t have central air, which I guess is common in the area. But there are two big units that helped keep the upstairs cool and the downstairs cool.

Highly recommend! Perfect Stay!

Highly recommend this house for any traveler to the Tacoma WA area. The location was perfect and in close proximity to our family residing in that city. The house was very welcoming, beautiful and well kept. So many details were thought of and put In place for guests which made it a home away from home. The location was perfect directly on a corner and overlooking a forest of trees with a nearby walking trail. The neighborhood was excellent with a cozy atmosphere. Thank you Terra house for a great experience in your beautiful home.

Overall a great experience. The neighborhood was well lit. Only major changes that would have been appreciated with a house labeled as family friendly for little kids would be some baby gates for the stairs and the outlets being covered.

Enjoyed our stay for the week. Comfortable and clean property, most upkept home in the neighborhood but there were cameras to make you feel more safe being in Tacoma. Plenty of room. Beds not super comfortable but they did the job. Thank you for the hospitality and waters!
