These trails are not handicap accessible but we do provide a paved road with a parking area for handicap access. Appaloosa One has two bedrooms each with queen size beds, one bathroom, One living room and fully furnished Kitchen. Minutes away from Harrah's Casino and Downtown Cherokee.

My husband and I have stayed at this property twice in the past couple of years. We travel to Cherokee, NC primarily to fish, and this property is a perfect fit for us because it is outside of town, but close enough to get anywhere. Nice, clean, and cozy cabin! The view from the back porch and the sound of the river make for a peaceful and relaxing afternoon, after a day full of walking and exploring. The casino, shops and several restaurants are just minutes down the road. Our second time staying at Appaloosa, and this will definitely be our regular spot to stay when back in the area!

We came to Cherokee to see the STYX concert & really didn't want to stay in a hotel & found this cabin. It's really cute & a little rustic but very comfortable. The Oconaluftee River runs by the cabin & makes for a wonderful deep sleep with the relaxing sounds.Clint was a good host & communicated well. Next concert in Cherokee & we'll likely stay here again!

Our host was very helpful, he made sure we could contact him it there was any issues, which there were none. There was everything there we could have possibly needed. It was very clean cozy and just down right adorable. My husband and I will definitely be staying there again our next time through the area.
