Duplex House in Juquehy Beach (São Sebastião-SP) with large external deck for leisure and dining. Land with large garden, court at the back, and barbecue space. The exterior area of the house also has a shower and a garage with a gate.
Loft ground floor with lounge, dining, kitchen, utility room, guest toilet and open laundry room.
Second floor with 2 bedrooms with balcony, one double and the other for singles, and bathroom.
Located less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and shopping center (bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping malls, night clubs etc), the rental also includes the respective reception and conference of the accommodation, as well as key collection by the responsible employee / caretaker. .
During the stay, if there is any problem, the telephone of the responsible employee / caretaker will be available, as well as the contact of the owner.

A casa é como nas fotos, ficamos todos acomodados confortavelmente. O deck de madeira é um charme, a casa é bem localizada, íamos a pé para a praia (800m)!
