WOW!

We've stayed in many great vacation home rentals and this was absolutely one of the best! The location is fantastic - short drive to Winter Park resort and very easy walking distance to restaurants and bars in town, but also surprisingly private - it is set in the back of the complex overlooking a trail along a wetland backed by wooded hills - the view was gorgeous in winter and would only get better in warmer months when you could enjoy the giant wraparound covered porch. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and super comfortable (great mattress, pillows, and linens, and very cozy couches) - the bathrooms were beautiful with fancy shower heads, nice provided products and plush towels - and the layout was great for traveling and ski equipment with a large entryway and hooks and benches. It was also spotless (and I'm a clean freak). Beyond all of this, the apartment was amazingly, incredibly, fantastically well stocked - from every kitchen implement you could possibly need, to a bandaid when I got a paper cut, to a desk in the second bedroom with a ring light for a conference call I couldn't avoid, to laundry detergent, spices, coffee filters...the hosts have thought of absolutely everything you might need, and it made such a difference in our stay. In short, if this home is available, this is where you should stay!

Perfect Winter Park condo

Wonderful location and very roomy with wonderful amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. We stayed a very short time… But this condo is very suitable for a long-term stay. Great location close to Main Street and town park.

Great WP spot for family/small group of friends

The condo worked well for our visit. It was very near the downtown area and shuttle bus to the ski lift. The kitchen and living room wer spacious and well stocked. Enjoyed the serene view out the back porch. The bedrooms were cozy, bathrooms had nice amenities.
