Ngaire's Haven is a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom Mahau Sound Holiday Home. Sitting on an absolute waterfront section, this home has an amazing outlook over Double Bay and features plenty of space for your next family or group escape.
Head out to the sundeck and take in the beauty and privacy that this home offers. The outdoor dining furniture will be a popular spot for enjoying classic Kiwi BBQ's and admiring the beautiful surrounds that this home offers. The home is also just a 20m walk from water's edge and with 3 kayaks + lifejackets for your enjoyment, there will be no shortage of adventures you can undertake during your stay.
The open plan living area offers amazing untouched views of the Sound and with comfortable couches, there is a spot for everyone to kick their feet up and relax after long days exploring. The bedrooms are spacious and have big windows that let plenty of natural light in.
For winter stays, the home is equipped with a potbelly fireplace and wood supplies that is bound to keep all members of your group or family warm.
The home is just a 22 minute drive from the nearest township of Havelock, where you can find restaurants and cafes for those looking for their caffeine fix. The home is also just a 40 minute drive from Piction for those venturing from the ferry terminal.

Boat access is available on the reserve next door to the property at high tide. Note there are very large tides in this area and boat launching at low tide can be very difficult. There is a 2 tonne mooring available with the property.There is a mooring available to guests. Mooring number 593 with the surname NEAL painted on. It is almost in line with the boat access on the reserve. As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Guests should note that his property has limited water supply so water conservation is advised at all times.Please note cell phone reception may be limited due to the location of the property. As the deck barrier is below 1 metre high, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls.Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods to make use of the available machine.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
