This 2 storey Papamoa Beach holiday home includes modern open plan living downstairs with a heat-pump for toasty winter stays... for summer stays, the living area flows out to a private garden area that makes the perfect spot for BBQ's in the sun! A second lounge upstairs ensures everyone has their space.

Bedroom 1 at this Papamoa Beach accommodation is located downstairs, and is fitted with a king bed. Upstairs, bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each have a queen bed, while bedroom 5 is fitted with 2 singles. A bathroom on each floor completes the holiday set up at Sandy Feet... this is an excellent option for an extended family group to enjoy a break away and hit the beach!

Family get together

Thankyou for accommodating us and our dog. Well equipped kitchen and clean BBQ. We enjoyed photos in the garden area and drinks on the deck. Bonus of having the walkway over the fence to go for a stroll with our dog. Due to weather, we didn’t get to walk to the beach but knowing it was only a five minute walk away was great. Got all our needs at the bay plaza and Island bar/restaurant was just down the road (5min drive) Thanks for making our holiday memorable 💕would recommend this house for children and pet friendly is hard to come by these days, thanks again Carlene n co 😜

Family reunion holiday

Our two sons their wifes and one baby granddaughter come home for a family holiday from the USA. We wanted a place we could all be together and Sandy Feet was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped for family cooking. Plenty of room for us all. Comfortable beds and great outdoor living space. Would stay again.
