Great location, 2 minute drive to beach with parking passes available. About 5 mins from Food Lion and secluded location to allow privacy and beautiful views.

Nice spot

The house is in a nice location. Quiet neighborhood with a park on the corner and beach within walking distance. Located between Duck and Nags Head. House was comfortable but as stated in the listing there are are stairs. The kitchen is upstairs so going up the stairs is unavoidable. There were minor issues but I reported them to the property contact so I assume they will be resolved. Beds were nice, they have both mattress and pillow covers for allergens and bugs. Everyone fit comfortably.

Family vacation

The keyless check in was outstanding but the grass was so tall it looked like an abandoned property. The home was very nice on the inside but the bed linen wasn't clean on some of the beds. There wasn't extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms and the locks on the bathroom doors werent working. In the downstairs bedrooms we encountered several large Waterbugs. The home was the perfect size for our family. The great room and wrap around porch was outstanding. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet. Perfectly located to walk comfortably to the beach. The home is also in need of a little TLC/dusting of ceiling fan. In spite of the issues identified, we really enjoyed our vacation.

Could have been better

When we got there our first impression was "i dont know" the lawn was over grown. As we entered the house it seemed ok and like someone had done some remodeling. It had nice floors and smelled clean. The kitchen and living room area is great and the balcony is great as well. The problem we had was the sheets had stains on every set, some clear some black, and the shower curtain looked like it had feces on it. There was also sand in all of the downstairs beds. Also, as I was getting in the shower, i put my hand on the wall and it crumbled with the tile falling off of the wall. You can tell it had been leaking for some time and had some mold behind it. I will not book here again.
