This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom end unit townhouse villa, located in Queens Grant in the Heart of Palmetto Dunes, a Conde Nast top Resort, overlooks the first hole of Robert Trent Jones  (RTJ) Golf Course, where you can play, watch or take golf lessons daily. The 10th hole on the course is one of the only 2 oceanfront holes on the island, with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is a five minute walk from the world recognized Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, where you can enjoy tennis or pickle ball. **** Villa Guests get 2 free hours of court time for tennis or pickle ball per day (based on availability). Tennis Magazine and Tennis Resorts Online both highly rank Palmetto Dunes. There are 19 clay tennis courts. 4 are lit at night.
There are 24 Pickle ball courts and all are lit at night. Pickle ball is one of the fastest growing sports in the country.

You easily can walk or bike ride to the beach on paved paths. March - September, a phone call to The Palmetto Dunes Buggy free shuttle will transport you and your beach gear
to and from the Dunes House at the beach, where you can relax with cocktails, food, and even a guitarist in the summer. Chairs, sail boats, surfboards, paddle boards and beach kayaks are some of the recreational beach toys for rent on the beach.

Not a fan of the beach and sand? There are 5 pools you can use in Queens Grant.
The villa is convenient to the 12 mile lagoon. Kayaks are available for rent at Outfitters a 5 minute walk. Professional fishing charters are also available through the Outfitter store or across the main road at Shelter Cove.

Have kids? Want to play putt putt? We have vouchers so kids 12 and under play free with every paying adult at Pirates Island Adventure Putt Putt course that is almost across the street.

The villa contains everything one would need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation and  also includes free WiFi for those needing to stay in touch. The villa comfortably sleeps 8. The main bedroom, located on the first floor, has a king size bed, ample closet space, a flat screen tv and a private bath. The main floor bedroom also has a sliding glass door accessing the spacious deck, which like the den, overlooks the RTJ Golf Course and a beautiful lagoon. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom. The first guest bedroom is perfect for a family or for kids or teens. It has a twin bed, and a full bed with a bunk twin bed on top. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen tv. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious, so you won't feel on top of one another.
Downstairs common area is all tile and wood floors. And a 1/2 bath is located in the common area for the convenience of all guests.
All bedrooms and the living area have a beautiful view of a lagoon with water feature and the golf course.
The dining area has a large table to comfortably seat 6 guests, but on warm evenings, you may prefer eating outdoors on the spacious and scenic deck, conveniently situated off the living area. There is a large outdoor table with an umbrella which comfortably seats 6, and 2 Adirondack chairs.
An easily accessible outdoor shower is located out the kitchen side door which also has access from the walkway outside the villa. For your convenience, you can rinse off sandy feet, shoes and beach items and leave bikes and beach chairs out there.

It takes approximately 12 minutes to walk to the beach, taking paved paths the whole way. You may decide to ride bikes to the beach or call the Dunes Buggy for a free ride. You and your children will love the easy access to the General Store, next to the clubhouse, where you may choose to eat breakfast or lunch on the viranda. The General Store boasts the best fried chicken on the island. Kids love the candy selection. Morning folks love the coffee selection. Near there, you also can rent bikes, add to your fishing gear or rent kayaks. The free Dunes Buggy van shuttle service runs March through September and easily transports you directly from your doorstep to the beach, grocery store, Shelter Cove, where you will find local festivals, shopping, dining and other entertainment. Enjoy the Harbor Fest in Shelter Cove during the summer season, and every Tuesday night enjoy the fireworks display and music by local musicians. Many great restaurants are at the edge of Palmetto Dunes for an easy walk, bike ride, Uber or Dunes Buggy ride home.
