What a wonderful property! Everything was taken care of including chocolates and wine on arrival. Only one tiny little issue while we were there and the owner was really prompt in dealing with it - certainly didn’t impact our stay or the rating. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.

I have lived in the fabulous Barossa Valley for many years and love what each Barossa season brings. A glorious array of fresh seasonal food, wine and the ever changing colourful landscape of the valley.

Why they chose this property

Devitt on French B&B is a delightful cottage that has an amazing collection of antique that you can use and explore. From the 1940's dinner set to the black and white photo album with original pictures of Paris in the 1950's, to siting on the front verandah surrounded by the fresh sweet smell of the Princess Da Monaco roses. Or relax on the contemporary extended lounge overlooking the outdoor patio and garden. Each room is fitted with memorabilia from 1940 to contemporary artworks from award winning Australian artists. With the amazing bathroom having a tub big enough for two to move and the rain head shower will make you feel amazing. Every room and every entertaining area will delight your senses. With 2 Queen size luxurious beds looking out to the front garden, white picket fence and the old Jacaranda tree. Every view is beautiful. We do not have Wi Fi available as we would like you to relax and enjoy the house, Angaston and the Barossa in general.

What makes this property unique

Situated in the heart of the Barossa Valley wine region you are able to walk to some of the best food and wine venues in the state.
The Barossa is best known for its wineries and is home to some of the iconic Australian brands such as Penfolds, Yalumba, Henschke and Wolf Blass, the Barossa is a great place to spend.
Angaston offers a number of highly rewarded restaurants, cafe's and wine tastings where you can experience the variety of Barossa wine with local knowledge, as well as cooking classes and cheese making workshops are all just a short stroll from Devitt on French B&B. Spending time in Angaston will always be a great experience when staying at Devitt on French B&B.
