This is one of the best set ups we’ve ever had and I have been setting this up for 34 years. We have a golf outing each year and we usually always go somewhere different but next year I’m kind of hoping to be able to come back here again. Everything you could possibly need highly recommend recommended.

This accommodated 13 family members with beds to spare. We love having our own pool (worth the additional cost to have pool heated to our liking). Room enough to cook in kitchen and plenty of eating spaces. Loved that we could all eat together at one table. Laundry is handy (traveled with teens who need about 20 towels a day it seems). Quiet neighborhood and close to other fun cities.

Pictures on Vrbo are accurate to the house. Plenty of room to accommodate for larger guest size!Host was very communicative with us, making us aware of hiccups prior to our arrival to the rental property. This is our 2nd time staying at a property owned by this renter, we were very satisfied with his professionalism and communication to ensure we had a great stay!We had a great time hanging out at the house, enjoying the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and the kids playing tag and catching fireflies in the front yard. House is located within walking distance to downtown Fennville, and easy/short commute to Saugatuck and Holland.I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

We just finished our annual family vacation at this house and it could NOT have been better. Rick was great at communications, and the house was definitely even better than the photos! The pool was perfect for our very hot weather, and having seating for our group both indoors AND outdoors (plenty of umbrellas for the sun) was a big bonus. Having enough beach towels for everyone, was great, and the pool toys gave us endless hours in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs, having two fridges for our group was much needed. We had one very minor issue that Rick addressed very quickly. We hope to stay at this rental again in the future!

What a wonderful home for a large family event. We celebrated my bday & Thanksgiving. The home was big enough that we could all eat together sing play games but also find alone time to decompress. My siblings & I have children from 2-34 & they all loved the home. Can't wait to do this again!
