Luxury accommodation situated on the beautiful waters of Burrill Lake. It offers everything you could ever dream of for your holiday.
You will fall in love with the beauty of the magnificent landscapes and spectacular waterways.

Furnished to the highest standards, every detail is finished to perfection.Downstairs features an open plan kitchen and dining area with a sunken lounge room. The pool wraps around the lounge room which overlooks the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Miele coffee machine, dine at the large timber table that seats 8 to soak up the sensational sunsets over the lake.

This home offers immense space and includes a huge media room with 4k ultra high definition projector and amazing sound system. There are large comfy chairs and ottoman.
Upstairs the main bedroom is relaxed and sophisticated with a four poster king size bed overlooking the lake and pool with a luxurious ensuite. The two additional bedrooms are located at the front of the house with queen size beds and a private balcony. There is a fourth bedroom located on the ground floor with two single beds.Linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

The house features a wood burning fire which adds to the cozy feel.

Comfortably sleeping 8 this home is suitable for multiple families or individual groups.

You must get permission if bringing pets prior to arrival.

Jacinta and Mark are fabulous owners whom were available constantly if we had any enquires, Our stay at their beautiful home was delightful and very satisfying and had every modern gadgets to a state of art Coffee maker which was my favourite and the kids absolutely loved the surround cinema and the pool, would definitely recommend their stunning home and hope to be back one day in the near future. 60th birthday celebration

House is amazing! Great size for what we needed. Kids loved the pool and theatre room and the boys loved being able to fish. The property is so well presented and comfortable they thought of pretty much everything. If I could add anything maybe some plastic cups glasses and wine glasses for use in pool area

Stunning property

We loved our stay at The Lake House in Kings Point. Beautiful house, pool and huge theatre room! The view over the lake was amazing. We just wish there was somewhere to hire a JetSki or to try water skiing. Paddle boards and kayaks available down the road though. Would recommend this property.

This home is stunning, and their is nothing to fault. The view/location is amazing, the kitchen is so well equipped and beautiful! The bedrooms are so beautiful and comfortable. Perfect getaway!

Stayed here with 6 friends, we had the best time and didn't want to leave the place! Amazing property, beautifully finished with great amenities. We loved the cinema room, well stocked kitchen (cooking equipment/fridge/coffee machine) and swimming pool! In the evenings it was lovely walking down to the lake to watch the sun set. V short drives to all key sights of Mollymook & surrounding areas.

Beautiful home in tranquil location

My friends and I had the most amazing time in this beautiful house. The house had everything you could possibly need and more for a relaxing getaway. Excellent hosts, comfortable stay

This is a comfortable house with an excellent well equipped kitchen. The space is ideal for entertaining and provides a warm, cosy environment for a winter stay. The log fire was roaring and the hosts made sure it was well stocked for our stay. Our boys loved the cinema room as did we and there were plenty of cosy throws around. My only criticism would be the amount of personal items and ornaments in the property, something I guess to expect with air bnb properties but I am just not used to. The hosts were excellent and communication efficient.

A truly stunning home

From the moment we opened the doors, the house exuded luxury, coziness and warmth. Our family thoroughly enjoyed lazing by the pool, fishing in the lake which was accessed through the backyard and eating pop corn with the kids while enjoying a movie in the media room. We highly recommend this place.
