We loved our stay at this charming VRBO. The view of the water from the large deck was fabulous! Susan supplied fresh eggs from her chickens and the location was perfect for our family reunion. We would stay here again.

Experiences, not things

Susan’s apartment has a glorious view of the water and sunrise, with charming vintage furnishings (not just old or kitschy as some are!) and so much thought for guest comfort. Private but easy to access and Susan was right there to let us in and show us what we needed to know. The kitchen is compact, but well equipped, and the bathroom is lovely with a BIG shower and good pressure. The gas fireplace kept us so cozy while we stared out at the blue water and watched the chickens - she even provided eggs! Would love to come back in the early fall and sit outside on the huge deck.

Simply perfect.

Susan's lovely little property was exactly what we were hoping it would be, charming, filled with character, and inviting. It had everything we needed to stay for three nights cooking all of our meals onsite (with fresh caught crabs from the dock and eggs from the chickens). Susan herself was warm and helpful. We'll certainly return.

Lovely hidden getaway with amazing Host

Susan was super laid back and down to earth which made the stay even more welcoming. The place we rented out was heaven on earth as it was like a private resort for my GF and I. Recommend this place 100/100 times to anyone who isn’t familiar with this area. You’ll def enjoy it!

Island jewel box

Susan's studio is like a sweet cedar chest. We had everything we needed for a quiet, peaceful getaway. We really enjoyed the kayaks on the St. George creek, we canoed around the island and we even tried the SUP! She has given so much attention to the little details. Quirky decor but very comfortable. Thanks, Susan.

Pier Living!

It was just what I was hoping for! A very relaxing weekend get-a-way to just chill on the pier with fishing poles in hand. Absolutely going back and the host is someone you feel like you've known for years after only chatting for a minute or two!
