Recently updated family friendly condo that sleeps 6. Located at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis (Ocean Villa's Building "A") which offers everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. Largest outdoor pool on Island, seasonal family activities with on-site restaurants, bike rentals, tennis courts, pickleball court, playground, grilling areas, ice cream stand and three private boardwalks to access the beach.

Our condo offers a private balcony with a beautiful ocean view, plenty of seating to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. New built-in bunks ideal for those 12yrs old and under, a full-size sleeper sofa and a bedroom with a queen bed. On the cooler winter nights cuddle up by the new electric fireplace. Just steps from the beach! Stocked with beach chairs, a few games, 2 folding luggage racks, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, blow dryer & iron. Sheets & towels for 4 are included with our rental, no extra charge! This includes cleaning at the end of your stay and a parking pass for 1 vehicle during your stay. If an additional parking pass is needed please message us for details.

Great Location at Hilton Head Island

The condo was perfect for my granddaughter and I. We were very close to the beach and the pool. There was an ocean view from the balcony which was a plus. The condo was nicely decorated and had all the supplies we needed. We had to contact the owner once and received a quick response. We will definitely consider staying at this condo when we return to HHI.

Fantastic

The property was well maintained and well stocked with any essential that may be needed for the duration of your stay. We were pleased with the location in regards to available parking and pool/beach access. The host communicated in a very timely manner and a answered any questions we had during the booking.

My wife, children and I have been regularly visiting North and South Carolina over the last 10 years. We fell in love with Hilton Head as it is quiet but has all the amenities that a family needs for vacationing. We decided to purchase and re-do this condo, 1/2020 for others who enjoy the warm weather, access to the ocean, fishing, crabbing or whatever your enjoyment is. Its family friendly with steps to the pool and beach while having the option of eating on property with 3 restaurants.
