Great location

Our daughter came to town and we decided to take her to Fredericksburg. We had a great time touring the wineries and downtown. This house was perfect for us three and the location was so convenient to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back

Photos not showing true place. Didn’t like that there was carpet that looked dirty. AC was marginal at best. Very warm inside. Baths had significant soap scum. Too much decorations and old lady vibes. Smelled like a cat pissed in it.

Nice quiet stay in a great location

The house was offset from the Main Street, giving us a quiet stay, but in walking distance to the downtown restaurants. We walked into town every day, it was fantastic. Would stay there again.

Quaint Little House

My wife, daughter and son in law visited for a weekend. Beautiful little house close to the action, but far enough away to be quiet and still.
