Great Get Away!

This place was a great vacation spot for my family of 5. The house had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and very spacious. Drinking coffee on the screened in porch watching alligators in the quiet mornings was a favorite of mine. The neighborhood is pretty quite since it's on a dead end street with little traffic. The pool is only a short walk (4 houses) and is pretty nice also, but tended to get crowded at times. The beach is a 1 mile walk or a few minute drive. But if you've stayed in Shipyard before you know that about 95% of the plantation is driving distance to the beach with tight parking. Just go later in the afternoon and you'll be fine! I could get really picky on a few things with the house, but nothing that would stop me from staying there again. It's a 5 star house in my opinion.

Great stay!

Cute cottage, well-equipped, comfy beds, nice and clean. Enjoyed our stay very much! The only damper was the cleaning company who were waiting on us to leave an hour early....perhaps they were still on daylight savings time? Kevin was super responsive with helping update the Apple TV. Appreciate the quick help!! Would definitely stay again!!

Great place

This was a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view overlooking the lagoon. We had a couple of minor issues but Kevin the owner was quick to address them. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach so I would recommend getting a beach parking pass if you have a lot of gear to haul. All in all it was a great week In HHI and I wouldn’t hesitate stay here again.

Great location!

We have stayed in Shipwatch before and this villa has been our favorite. It was nicely updated with a great screened in porch. We have 2 adult children and had plenty of room for all of us.

An awesome stay in Shipyards Kingston Cove

Our stay was at the beginning of the Coronovirus pandemic so it could have been very difficult but it wasn’t. The property owner was very easy to work with and checked with us after arrival to see if the property met our needs and it did. The house was wonderfully decorated and had everything that we needed even during our self-imposed quarantine. The location is great; being very private and quiet. The covered parking area was a big bonus especially if you have to pack the car in the rain. We enjoyed the large and comfortable screened in back porch which had a beautiful view of the water. It was amazing. There were plenty of board games to keep us occupied at night. We loved everything about this property and would definitely stay again.
