Arrawarra Headland - Ocean Views over Mullaway Beach

Incredible ocean views! Enjoy your morning coffee or cuppa on the front deck whilst checking the surf on Mullaway Beach. Or take your drink with you as you walk around the Headland Coastal Path & check the back beach (Mullawarra). The beach is on your doorstep on either side of the property - so depending on which direction the wind is blowing you can always get some protection. All this within 20 mins to Coffs.
This is a private guest suite (a downstairs annexe in our home) & has been recently renovated. It offers a kitchenette with outdoor deck & views over Mullaway Beach; bathroom with shower & bath; seperate toilet room; bedroom 1 with built in wardrobes & ceiling fan; bedroom 2 with clothes rack & ceiling fan; both bedrooms offer access to the rear patio & views over the rear garden & bush reserve; modern retro lounge with TV & DVD, boardgames & books; back patio with BBQ & chairs to relax; back garden leads to coastal reserve & path to Mullawarra Beach & Headland Coastal Path.
We live in the main part of the property which is attached to the guest suite & the front steps & rear garden are shared with us. You're welcome to use the garden for a BBQ or simply to play frisbee, bocce or swing tennis.

Wonderful relaxing beach house

Celia was great and went out of her way to make our stay a great one. We loved the location, we had a bbq on the deck with an amazing view, walked to the beach and would love to return again.

Celia and Matt's property at Arrawarra Headland was perfect. The position is amazing and the accommodation was fantastic. Celia and Matt were very welcoming and I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in this area.

Great spot

Celia and Matt have a great spot on the headland with very neat, clean, quiet and well maintained accomodation. They are both very friendly and the place is amazing...very well equipped, spacious, modern, clean and with views of the beach, ocean and the surf itself, from all the front rooms. Highly recommend

perfect stay - views, location to beaches, peaceful and very comfortable.

beautifully presented apartment, everything provided with thoughtful extras. Snug in winter, Super comfy beds, great shower and a lovely bath. Out the back door to the beach via a bush track - abundance of wildlife and birds. Gorgeous views over beaches to the south - saw many whales from the balcony. Peaceful location - hosts were delightful and only saw them at beginning and end of stay. Loved staying here and will return, thankyou.

Magic

Everything you could think of to feel comfortable away from home. Clean and beautifully decorated. Cosy beds too. So peaceful, a magic spot on the headland. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Celia & Matt.

Great location and loved the sound of the ocean

Had a great stay, Celia was very helpful and nice and handy to the beach and walks. Great decor throughout and we really enjoyed sitting on both the front and back deck. Clean throughout and great to have modern facilities and screens. We managed to see a few Roo's bounce past and a water dragon, even a snake so it was an all round perfect stay.

Beautiful property, so well presented by the host, everything we needed was there. The decor is so welcoming It is a fabulous location, 5 minute walk into the beach. Short drive to get supplies if needed. Absolutely loved it .

2day stopover on trip north

Like they say,,,,position,,position ,,position. panorama from front deck-11/10 ,rear deck nice & secluded with protected beach 5 min walk.Inside nice & funky retro. 10 minute drive to Woolgoolga or cycle 30mins.Suited our stay perfectly.

Stunning views and comfort

The accommodation is exceptionally clean and comfortable and very tastefully decorated with beach/ocean themed colours that add to the relaxed holiday vibe. The hosts are delightful too and greeted me on arrival, although self-check-in is available. I stayed one night only on a trip from Sydney to Brisbane. If you stay longer, stock up on grocery items at Woolgoolga - about a 10 minute drive - which is also where the nearest restaurants and take-away are (great fish and chips at White Salt!)!

Arrawarra recharge

Beautifully appointed property by a host with a great eye for the beach aesthetic and is also welcoming without being at all intrusive. The whole family enjoyed the area especially our preteen daughter. Can highly recommend both the property and relaxing location.

A piece of Paradise

The Property was homely, welcoming, cosy, comfortable with all the comforts of home. There is room to spread out inside and outside beautiful views of the ocean from the front balcony and wonderful coastal bush land at the back.

Stylish accommodation in a fabulous location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arrawarra Headland. The host welcomed us in a very personable manner and we found the property to be comfortable, convenient and it was provided with all the equipment and conveniences we needed. The views of the beach and surf were great and the location very hard to beat. The property is compact, stylish and comfortable and provided us with all the space and amenity we needed.

Enjoy beach style in this beautiful and homey unit

Tastefully de urged and amazing views of the nearby beach. Velia is a great host who gave us great tips about the area. Really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended !

Matt & I found our beachside home just 2 years ago & have spent a lot of time making it 'ours', but its too big for just us so we're happy to share the annexe with guests & let them also enjoy this amazing part of the word & lovely views.

Why they chose this property

The amazing views sold this place to us along with its incredible warmth & character. We are north/south facing so depending on where the wind is coming from we can always escape it!
