Bike rentals around the corner... . 2 blocks from Restaurants, Bank, Pharmacy, Mini Mall with movie theatres.. Beaches 2 miles away.
Steps from every bus line, movies, grocery store. and Marina Del Rey Cedars Sinai Hospital
Central air and heat.. Smart TV in the living room with Spectrum and Wi Fi , board games and a beautiful kitchen with Microwave, Gas Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer Toaster and Coffee Maker. The Bathroom is spacious with a shower and a bench and 2 shower heads. 1 is hand held.
The Bedroom is very large with plenty of closet space, 1 King Size Bed 1 twin bed and 1 roll away. The room opens in to your private yard.
Security cameras on the outside of the house...1 common wall with the house next door. Easy access to buses, boat rides and nearby subways and car rentals

Perfect spot to get around LA

We came in for a week to visit our son who is attending grad school locally. The place was just right for having our own space and being able to get around town. The neighborhood is good and the accommodations were clean and Toni is an attentive hostess.

Del Rey gem

Got so lucky to find this great place on LA west side. Excellent location yet in a nice peaceful neighborhood. Nice amount of space, secure, comfortable and all at a fair price. Will be back!

Perfect space and location!

This one-bedroom location was absolutely perfect for my parents to stay in for 10 days while they were in town for my wedding. Location was also great - very quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. Very close to dining, grocery stores, movies theatres and a park. The little backyard was great for reading a book in the sunshine, the shower was very big & easy for people in their 70s to use. Having a washer and dryer was a big help since they were there so long. My parents have already said they'd love to stay here again for their next visit!

amazing and above and beyond!

Our stay at this location was comfortable, quiet, and so enjoyable! Toni went above and beyond with her hospitality and was so helpful with many aspects before we even arrived! The neighborhood is quiet and cute. Loved sitting out in the private yard to drink my morning coffee or to relax in the early afternoon. I can't recommend this place enough!!

Visiting family safely during the pandemic

We really enjoyed the unit. It fit our needs perfectly. Toni left us some snacks that our granddaughter really enjoyed when she came to visit us. The beds were very comfortable and we had an abundance of amenities like soap, lotion, towels and cleaning supplies. We were too busy to use the tv or the washing machine and dryer. Toni was very responsive to our texts.

Great stay

Great one bedroom Apartment in the back of the owners home. Had it’s own little backyard. Super easy to get to the beach and right around the corner from a bike path straight to the water. Everything was clean, the shower was amazing! The stay is attached to the main house so you can hear the owners through the wall quite easily. Overall, great option in the area and would definitely stay again.

Immaculate, comfortable, clean, and bright!

This property was perfect for our get away. Toni is welcoming and had everything ready for our arrival, including snacks, water, and some starter K-cups! The location is so very convenient to get to the beach or to go East on the 90. The shower is amazing and the bed is one of the most comfortable we’ve had in rentals. Extremely clean. Highly recommended.
