Our family had a fantastic stay! We celebrated birthdays for three sisters, enjoyed the Beach Jam Friday and the beach on Saturday. The kitchen was well-stocked and many extra amenities are available for your guests! We loved the spaciousness of the layout and the decor Was bright, cheerful and “beachy”!Thank you for sharing your house with us—we are taking home great memories
We had a truly fantastic time! There was plenty of space for 6 children and 6 adults. Kitchen was very well stocked! The lift was a life saver on the stairs for all our heavy lifting. It was clean and beautiful and in a wonderful location. We hope to be back!!

I am so glad you had such a nice stay. You were a great guest as well and are welcome anytime.
The layout, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, was perfect for a large group. The location was really nice, just across the road from a public beach, and in an area of very nice upscale houses. It's a little remote, but there are several excellent restaurants within a 20-30 minute drive. The kitchen was the most completely equipped I have ever experienced in a rental. Overall, a great Florida beach vacation experience.

Thank you very much for your great review. We have tried very hard to make it a home away from home. You were a great guest and are welcome anytime.
We had a great time staying here. Close walk or golf cart ride to the beach, plenty of room inside, everything we needed to enjoy our stay was at the house.

Our grandchildren and adults loved their stay. We had planned to fish a good bit but the wind blew hard all week until the day we left. They all still want to come back. Great accommodations for 12.In the photo thee mocking bird has no respect for the owl.

I am glad to hear you had an enjoyable stay. I’m sorry the weather didn’t cooperate but that’s the gulf sometimes. The poor owl gets very little respect but he tries. I hope you will consider us again, welcome anytime.
The house was perfect for our family, exactly what we needed in the number of rooms etc. The house was very thoughtfully provisioned and we appreciated it Host was very accommodating and quickly answered our questions.Weather was also great, and wonder if host arranged that too?Hopefully we will have a few more reunions there!
We went in July with temps in 90s but we were still able to enjoy sitting outside on the covered porch. It was well-positioned to take advantage of the breeze and stay cool. The 11 of is stayed very comfortably either room to be together and spread out. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Three bathrooms with a generous amount of towels and every bed was quite comfortable; some firmer, some softer so folks had options. Easy access to the water and beach. You’ll need to bring your own beach kit. While there are a few beach toys there were not chairs or umbrellas (understandably). Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend.

Thank you for your kind review. I’m glad to hear you had an enjoyable stay and the house was comfortable and suitable for your needs. I will mention at one point we did supply chairs and such but we were constantly having to replace them for misuse or loss. I do hope you will consider us again, you were a great guest and are always welcome.
It was a spacious house with beautiful views of water. The kids love how close they were to the beach & playground. It worked great for my daughter's families & I because we come to the area to visit for a family reunion in Crawfordsville.
The home was as advertised and more. It was well appointed, clean, and the layout is perfect for an extended family vacation. The property owners were a pleasure to communicate with and and responsive. It felt like home!
This was an excellent location for our trip, the home was spacious, and very clean.
the golf cart was truly a plus,. we carried our boat and docked it right at the house.
we will be staying here each time we visit family in the area

Thank you for your great review. Your family left everything in great shape and you are welcome back anytime.
Location for fishing is great. House was clean and we had everything we needed for comfort. One idea would be a larger grill. With eight people plus typically staying there, it's difficult to have all the food ready at once. again, everything was great and we would definitely rent again, if available. Thanks for the hospitality.
The house is like brand new...The Kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything you would need.. The View from the balconies is priceless. The beach is located directly across the street.Would definitely stay again.

Thank you very much for your wonderful review. We have worked very hard to make each guest feel at home and we are glad you found everything you needed. Thanks for your booking and I hope you will consider us again. You are welcome anytime.
We had a 3 generation vacation here over a long weekend. The house was immaculate and included everything we needed to be comfortable. There is ample common space inside, a great deck upstairs and lots of room under the house for gathering. The views were amazing and the beach is across the street.
The owners were very prompt in all communications and have detailed instructions on anything related to the house, procedures, etc. as well as a great guidebook for area restaurants and attractions. We didn't use the golf cart, but it was a nice option to have.
As "dad the pack mule" one of my favorite features was the lift to get all our stuff up and down.
We brought our 24' bay boat and had no issues docking. The ramp is across the cove and one of the easiest setups we've experienced traveling with the boat. Plenty of room around the house to park the truck without unhooking the trailer and still have space for multiple other vehicles.
We loved it and look forward to returning!
My family (me, my wife, my two kids ((ages 12 + 15)), and my wife's brother and his family )(wife and 3 kids ages 3, 5, 7,) spent five nights at the house. There was plenty of room and then some for all!
The beach is right across the street, and very easy to access. The younger kids really enjoyed playing on the beach and exploring in the water for hermit crabs and starfish and other sea creatures. The beach is very nice, and not too busy. It's not like the waters of the open Gulf or the Atlantic, but nice.
The house is not only very spacious, but was clean and has everything you need.
The back dock on the channel is an added bonus for putting in kayaks, or doing a little fishing. We kayaked both in the bay and in the channels, and caught a few fish. We even saw a few manatees in the channels.
The hosts were very helpful and were quick to answer all the questions we had before, during, and after the stay.
Highly recommend staying here. Especially families with kids.
