Nestled on a beautiful sprawling plot of land right on the banks of the Blanco River, Rosey’s Cottage is a cozy getaway designed for two guests who are looking for an inviting country escape that is affordable yet relaxing. Rosey’s Cottage is a welcoming free-standing bungalow situated just behind the owner’s main house. It comes complete with kitchenette, king-sized bed and a plush sitting area making it the perfect spot for a casual and romantic weekend retreat.

After an evening meal cooked out in your Charcoal BBQ pit, snuggle up on the couch and enjoy a romantic movie with your loved one. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise and perhaps some bird-watching as you take in the natural beauty of the sprawling hills.

Though ample amenities and activities abound, nothing can compare with the hours of enjoyment spent down by the crystal clear waters of the Blanco River. With full access to some of the most sought after river frontage in Wimberley, you’ll take pleasure in swimming, wading, fishing and floating down the beautiful waters. The character and charm of this rustic hideaway combined with the unique river access will keep you returning to Hill Country for years to come.

Cozy little Cottage

It was a nice place to stay, perfect for two people to come and go while exploring the area. Short drive to downtown Wimberly and the Blue Hole. We will book again next time we are in the area!

Excellent place for quick get away

We had a great stay and Joyce was always available to answer any questions we had. It was below freezing when we checked in, and Joyce had the heater on and everything perfect for us when we arrived. Definitely recommend staying here.

Quite stay but close enough town. Not on the river like assumed in pictures but close enough to walk to and enjoy. Owners were on the property but were never outside during our stay. Decorations are mismatched and not like the pictures but still a cozy and comfortable stay. Would recommend.
