La Vida es bella- A 2/2 condo with a spectacular estuary view!

Welcome to La Vida es Bella- where life is truly beautiful!

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is nestled within the beautiful Perico Bay Club, with only a short drive to Anna Maria Island. This unit offers all you need to feel right at home.

Relax in one of the two heated community pools or take advantage of the exercise room, shuffle boards, and tennis courts- you will not run out of fun things to do! Rent a couple bikes and take a leisure ride down to Robinson's preserve to bird watch or to climb the lookout tower.

La Vida es Bella has one king bed and a second murphy queen bed. Cable TV and WI-FI is provided along with la fully stocked kitchen. Linens and beach towels are provided as well. Please keep in mind that this property is a one month minimum and you must complete a background check per person per the HOA requirements, application fee is $150 for US citizens and $165 for international guests. Additional guests must pay a $50 screening fee.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Great place to stay

In our four years of being “snowbirds”, this is one of the nicest places we have stayed as we try new places each month. We were very pleased with our time at the Perico Bay Club. Our unit was very clean, up-to-date, well stocked and a good size. The location was great; just over the bridge from Anna Maria Island, but plenty to do on site: bike ride, swimming, pickleball, tennis, walking the preserve, kayaking. We enjoyed our time on the Island as well.
