This rental was everything they said it would be. It has an ocean view and overlooks the pool. It is close to the elevator but not close enough to hear it. We intend to come back at some point in the future.

The view of the ocean was amazing, you also overlooked the pool, the whole place was clean, comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to start your morning with coffee to ending your day with a full course sit down spaghetti dinner, the washer and dryer allowed us light packing for our long stay. Beautiful place inside & out.

The room was fine and met our needs. The ocean view is a great memory. The kitchen was nicely equipped so we could also use the grill near the pool.

Loved the location, property was clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Pool closed a little too early… especially with the heat. More geared towards an older generation for sure but overall really enjoyed it!

Fabulous place to stay

We had a wonderful stay here in Cocoa Beach! The condo was well equipped could use new frying pans for sure and maybe some hooks behind the door but other than that it was fabulous

Very conveniently located to downtown Cocoa Beach, condo was spacious, clean and was perfect for quick access to the beach and witching walking distance to lots of places in downtown. We will definitely be back!!
