Most activity will be concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though minor work may take place in other areas of the complex. The view of the ocean was amazing, you also overlooked the pool, the whole place was clean, comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to start your morning with coffee to ending your day with a full course sit down spaghetti dinner, the washer and dryer allowed us light packing for our long stay. Beautiful place inside & out.

We had a wonderful stay here in Cocoa Beach! The condo was well equipped could use new frying pans for sure and maybe some hooks behind the door but other than that it was fabulous

I could stay forever

This was such a fabulous place! Easy to book and such a great location. The area around is such a fun vibe and carefree attitude with lots of places to chill, shop and eat at. Plus who can beat the pool and your own access to the beach!?! Wow just amazing I want to go back so bad it was so sad to leave. I highly recommend this place and I definitely will book again!
