Property is even better than the photos, large pool and lovely views, clean and spacious house. A good location, lots of parking and easily accessible for Ubers. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Villa Nina. The house, beautiful garden and pool are so private and quiet, it was perfect for us. Loved the different seating areas and veranda. The kitchen is well equipped which is great. Aircon in both bedrooms was also welcomed for the hotter nights. Silves is only a short 10min drive away and we went there regularly for shopping and dinner out. Would highly recommend this holiday home for anyone wanting to get away from the world, have space, beautiful surroundings, but still be in easy reach to explore all the Algarve has to offer.

Nestled in a serene location, this villa offers convenient access to all the captivating coastal spots between Sagres and Tavira, just an hour’s drive away. Each of the two bedrooms, as well as the dayroom, is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The inviting swimming pool is set amidst a beautifully maintained garden, providing a refreshing escape. This spacious villa comfortably accommodates four people, boasting spotless interiors and impeccable functionality. However, it’s worth noting that one of the bathrooms has a minor drainage issue, but it remains functional. Despite this, we wholeheartedly recommend this charming villa for your upcoming holiday getaway!

We stayed at Villa Nina in late September, 2026. The villa is located close to the lovely town of Silves which is about a 10-15 minute drive away. The location is perfect for a relaxed, chill out type of break. The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly want - it's like a home from home. The main bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable bed and a en-suite with bath and shower. It has a great pool area and a large, mature garden with lots of little seating areas around the property as well as a roof terrace to enjoy a drink as the sun sets. There is a BBQ area and a shaded area on the terrace with seating, dining table etc. The property is rural but close to lots of pretty, scenic villages. It's set amongst orange groves and is private and peaceful. For those not wanting to drive there are Ubers and taxis at very reasonable prices and a good selection of restaurants in Silves. The hosts gave very clear instructions prior to arrival and everything went very smoothly. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying in your beautiful home. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.It was especially meaningful for us because my parents used to own this house, although that was 25 years ago. It was so special to be back and see how beautifully you have maintained it. Everything is in perfect condition, and it is clear that every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of.We loved spending time on the beautiful terrace, enjoying the lovely swimming pool, and the outdoor shower was a wonderful addition. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are excellent as well. We also made great use of your barbecue, which was fantastic.Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and for taking such great care of this beautiful home. We wish you many more happy years enjoying it.

We spent two weeks at Villa Nina in September and enjoyed our vacation very much. The villa's location is quiet, yet Silves, with its self-catering shops, is only a 10-minute drive away. We particularly liked the garden; it almost has the character of a botanical garden. Communication with Stephen and Debbie was friendly and prompt.

Beautiful villa near Silves

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Nina. The house is great, wonderful seating by the pool, at the barbecue or on the roof. The equipment of the house is sufficient. If you want a holiday to relax, like we did, Villa Nina is the place for you.

Great getaway in the Algarve

I was looking for a villa that would accompany two couples and was centrally located in the Algarve. Villa Nina worked great for us. It was as listed in the description and we enjoyed all of the amenities including in the pool and multiple decks / verandas. Stephen and Mike were extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location from which to explore the southern Algarve

Lovely views from this secluded villa located 15 minutes from Silves; beautiful garden, pool for hot days. If you are forced to be inside the lighting is not good for reading .. only a problem in bad weather. Perfect for two couples.

Algarve Oasis

Nestled among the orange groves in the rolling hills near Silves, this was the perfect place to relax and wind up our Portugal vacation. The house is a little tricky to find the first time but worth it. We were up early for day trips around the area but back in the afternoon to relax around the pool. We cooked dinners in the well appointed kitchen and ate on the porch. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Villa Nina. The setting was everything we'd hoped - so peaceful, just the sound of birdsong and cicadas. It was great to have lots of different seating options outside, to enjoy all the different vistas, but the roof terrace was especially fabulous in the mornings to enjoy the swifts and swallows, and the evenings for the bats and stars. It was HOT while we were there (37-39 degrees every day) so the beautiful pool was well used, and Aircon was a life-saver! There's no Aircon in the twin room, and it did get very warm despite having multiple fans, but our kids seemed to cope ok.Having just come from another villa which had no basic supplies it was marvellous to arrive to a welcome pack with bread, eggs, biscuits, crisps, butter, water, wine and much more, and a fully stocked herb and spice cupboard (what a dream when away!). The kitchen (and everywhere in fact) was spotless, and having a washing machine and dishwasher just makes holidaying with children so much simpler! Our kids loved all the lizards and geckos. They also appreciated having a TV with so many channels for a post-pool chill, when the heat outside got a bit much.The villa was really a home from home, and we're sure we'll be back. Thank you so much to Debbie and Steve for being great hosts (we didn't get to meet but everything was really well communicated) for providing their lovely home for others to enjoy.

Beautiful location

A lovely villa surrounded by orange groves with everything you could need provided. Easy access to local supermarkets.Plenty to see and do nearby. Owners were very helpful and communication was very good. We stayed in January so didn't make use of the very inviting looking pool. Maybe next time!

Relaxing stay in Silves

Villa Niña is a lovely property not far from Silves and surrounding golf resorts. We felt very welcome and the sparkling wine for our birthday was an unexpected surprise. We very much enjoyed the outdoors with a lovely pool and the very nicely designed and well maintained garden. The evenings spent on the terrace were delightful and the use of the BBQ was much appreciated. All the interior amenities were well presented. Recommended!

Villa Nina

February and March 2025: 2 months in a rural environment surrounded by gardens and orange trees. You cannot beat this. The weather during March was not on our side, but there are things worst than that in life. Our dearest thanks to the owners, Debbie and Steve who are very much responsive; our hats off as well to Luke and Mike, as managers, who have been so collaborative when required. LR and RB

A little piece of paradise

If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind in the Algarve region, look no further: Villa Nina is a little piece of paradise. Situated in the hills in between orange groves, you'll find this beautiful villa, with a lovely flower garden and an amazing swimming pool. The area is quiet, the villa easily reachable (roads where very good!), and it's only a 10 minutes drive to reach all the shops & restaurants you might need. We loved our stay there and were honoured to be the first guests ever in Villa Nina. Communication with the owners and with the local property manager were fast & easy. No complaints at all - don't hesitate to book this place for your next holiday. You won't regret it!

A wonderful 10 days in the beautiful Villa Nina. Debbie and Steve were great hosts and were fantastic communicators throughout. The villa itself is ideally located to local attractions and only a short drive from the traditional town of Silves. We were lucky enough to visit during the Silves medieval festival which was a real highlight. The villa is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our two boys loved the pool and we particularly enjoyed eating breakfast on the roof terrace looking out at the beautiful views. The welcome pack was a lovely treat and the kitchen was well stocked, with everything you would need. The added bonus of the two new air conditioning units gave much relief, as during our stay temperatures soared to 38 degrees! Portugal holds a special place in our hearts and we would love to return to Villa Nina again in the future. Thank you Debbie and Steve

Beautiful Villa in amazing location

Villa Nina is very beautiful and is located in a quiet and very green area. Ideal for relaxing, but also for making beautiful excursions into the hinterland. The villa has been lovingly decorated by the owner with an oriental touch. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools. Upon our arrival, a generous starter package with a good bottle of wine was available. Nothing is missing. Numerous kitchen appliances are available. The fridge with integrated freezer compartment could be a bit bigger. But you are by car in a few minutes in Silves with large shops, so you are within reach of fresh products. However, a motorized vehicle is necessary. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a large and super comfortable bed. The two bathrooms are newly renovated and offer high European standards. The large and well-kept garden belonging to the villa is equipped with all imaginable plants, succulents and flowers. Irrigation is carried out via an integrated irrigation system, which switches on the countless sprinklers in a time-controlled manner. The whole garden is equipped with smart and effective LED lighting. The large and clean swimming pool is very inviting and the gas grill is ready for a relaxing barbecue. The roof terrace offers a fantastic panoramic view over the surrounding orange groves and the sunset (with a glass of port wine) is a must-see. In short, we felt comfortable in Villa Nina for 4 weeks as in our own house and thank Debbie and Steve for the hospitality. Until next time!

Superbe villa.Maison dans un endroit très calme entouré d'un superbe jardin botanique. Tout était parfait!! Très jolie piscine ! Idéale après de très belle journées en Algarve ( coup de cœur pour Lagos). Accueil avec un très bon et sympathique panier de bienvenu ! Tout était vraiment top ! Voyageant beaucoup,nous avons vraiment eu un gros coup de cœur pour cette villa. Un conseil : bien suivre les indications de la route de Stephen et non votre GPS( qui nous a amené dans des chemin compliqué)Communication avec nos hôtes absolument parfaite !Je pense revenir un jour dans cette villa!Je conseille vivement!

Great place in the Algarve

Wij zijn hier tussen kerst en oud en nieuw geweest en hebben enorm genoten van het huis! Het ligt op een rustige plek maar vlak bij een dorp en de overige plaatsen in de Algarve! Je hebt wel een auto nodig maar die hadden wij dus enorm genoten van dit verblijf

Petit paradis en Algarve

Maison typique avec piscine au sein d'un magnifique jardin (pas de vis-à-vis). Maison très propre et très bien équipée. A moins d'1h de voiture des principaux sites de l'Algarve et à 10 mn du joli village de Silves. Einfach nur perfekt

Der Aufenthalt in Debbie und Stevens Haus war traumhaft schön und erholsam. Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail, sowohl innen als auch außen, geplant und mit Liebe und Geschmack ausgeführt. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Debbie und Steven sind wahnsinnig tolle Gastgeber! Wir kommen wieder! Danke für die Zeit, die wir in eurem kleinen Paradis verweilen durften!
